Gold Coast are no Richmond. Unless significant changes are made to its management I doubt Hardwick would have anywhere near the impact he had at Richmond.

And it took Damien Hardwick until his 7th year at Richmond to win a final.

He took them from "Ninthmond" to Losing-an-elimination-final-mond. Then went massively backward in his 6th year.
