After this afternoon I am in total agreement. Port is currently as soft as butter.Only teams that are mentally strong can win at the cattery, gws for example. Sadly I cannot see us going in with the right mindset in 3 weeks, despite the fact our best is better than theirs.
People wrote Geelong off way too quickly. 13 in a row is all fine and dandy but if you're peaking in June/July and showing your full hand before the real stuff it means squat. Geelong, and perhaps even Melbourne, know what it takes to be peaking when it matters.
