I think the reality is there's been a drop off since the pandemic & no matter who you are when you are not performing & it's a cold winters night people have better ways to spend the evening.

Imagine the crowds they’d have served up if they’d gone through the 2018-2024 nadir at Football Park.

The weird knack they had of immediately following a truly dreadful year like ‘96, ‘04 or ‘11 with a flag/minor premiership/prelim really allowed that myth to propagate.

Murphy has him covered in every statistical category by a LONG way

Which really says something, as Murphy is one of the worst players I've seen

We picked up Soldo and pick 50 for picks 41,49 and a future 4th round pick.

Ah yeah, that's not right. But yeah I was wrong.

We basically gave up 2x 2nd rounders and a 4th for Soldo. There was a swap of 49 and 50 which means zero.

I remember we gave up a first effectively to pull him in, but we split that first for 2 X 2nd rounders. 1 went to Soldo, 1 to Esava

So either way we burnt a 1st rounder, 2nd & 3rd rounder, on Esava who is crap, and Ivan who looks to have been a bad call. With that 1st rounder being a possible pick as low as 6-8, it's looking like a scarily bad trade.
