Chris Scott always rated Ratugolea, that's as good a recommendation as you can get in footy in my eyes. Unfortunately he's just never really been able to put all the pieces together so to speak.

Champion data and the AFL stat's really need to start recording score from free kicks. % of frees paid eg defence midfield and attack. I'm.sure it would be quite exposing to see how results can be influenced.

Our coaches have no hope of moulding anything. The worst group in the AFL. I am surprised the club hasnt elevated Alfie Trebilcock onto the coaching panel.

Isn't Champion Data owned (or at least controlled) by the AFL? There's your answer.

Wrong, he spent years stressing how big a fan he was of Ratugolea.

Everyone is a big fan of Esava's potential.

I don't know every nuance of Ratugolea's career but Scotty played him in up forward and when that didn't work he moved him down back and then dropped him out of the team.

He didn't get a run in their finals campaign of 2022 which ended in glory.

He may have said he was a big fan of Ratugolea but not when it came to playing him.
