If Cooks listens to fans then he should be getting this loud and clear .... I know it doesn't mean much and won't change anything, but you blokes finished first and should've had a home final...not a trip to the 4th place finishers home ground in front of 60,000 of their fans.

Wouldn't matter mate. Maybe if the club stopped focusing on the final being played at GMHBA, accepting it's played at the MCG and then focusing 100% on preparation we might actually win a final

Parfitt and Narkle had a lot of rough edges to their games today but I loved the contest and drive they kept offering. Far from the worst thing we had going for us.

Parfitt yes, Narkle no. Not ready yet. Deer in headlights with ball in hand and would have had 30 possessions if not for fumbles. But he has an excuse.

MOC and Henry had bad moments but overall solid. Touhy shook the finals choker tag, as did Menegolq after half time.

Put a line through Bews, Duncan and Kolo as finals performers. They dont have the required composure. Amazingly Dahl fell into this group after his awesome 2016. Blitz had the role change but also seems incapable of playing well in finals heat.

Finals is a step too far for current day Gaz and Joel, sadly. 3 years ago and those two would have joined Danger in willing us over the line.

Hawkins I used to blame poor finals on ball movement. But he also fluffs lines, doesn't present and doesn't bring the ball to ground. Big finals choker 2016 onwards.

Kelly was okay but needed to be at his best for us to have a realistic chance. Not suited to finals pressure either. Two first round picks is a great result for the club. Duncan and Kolo would have buyers too and we could truly restock. I doubt it will happen though.
