I'm in WA & see my membership as more of a donation than anything.

I was lucky in 2015 & saw 3 games in about 7 weeks, but the only 2016 game I saw was when I flew to Adelaide to watch us defeat Port.

As Sav has posted - there's no value for money in supporting a team from interstate, but then that's not why we're members, is it?

Agree, the afl or Hawthorn could possible do some sort of package with the local team. Some years we haven't had a game up here, but our fees keep going up.

Just watched the channel 9 sport report and they were talking about all our new recruits blah blah then cut to a bit of footage of the boys training with Spangher running around non of the new recruits.

Couldn't really tell you as far as membership is concerned as I have no idea when they dispatch it, but if you order something from HawksNest it usually arrives within 2-3 weeks. To the UK at least.

Which one? For the second year running I have had to contact the club, as my membership, on both occasions paid for in November, had not arrived in February. Both times a second package was sent, which took about 10=14 days to arrive. This was followed by the arrival of the original pack, from Hong Kong.

The club should take a serious look at the company they have outsourcing this for them.

I remember a few years back, that domestically at least, there were issues with the courier company they'd hired to deliver the membership packs. They went back to Oz Post after that. Not sure who they use for o/s deliveries. Hopefully not the same mob they got rid of locally.

all the packs are shipped from China. My post addy is a PO box, which also takes heaps longer to arrive. This time round I received 2 membership packs, 2 weeks apart, so the system does have its problems.

What's the go this year with free replays? In the past I've used "Smart Replay" on the AFL website, but that doesn't seem to be an option this year.

My UK family requested Caps over scarves and when package arrived they got scarves.
Wern't too concerned - maybe thee is a cap shortage.

I got the same. I think somehow we were meant to select for each family member. I got a cap and the rest got scarves.

Scarves are not much use here...
