Further to my car sticker quandary, I have just put my 2017 sticker on and it took me about 20 minutes and half a bottle of eucalyptus oil to get the 2016 one off! Anyone else have the same problem? Other years the old one has just peeled straight off and, after a quick wipe of the glass, on goes the new one - easy peasy Hope this year's experience isn't a metaphor for our season!

A smartarse at my work vandalised (as a joke) my 2017 sticker after last weeks debacle at Metricon, so I had to remove it
I needed a razor blade to completely remove it, as it simply tore into strips as I tried to remove it
I think they are using Liquid-Nails as the backing glue this year!

We don't have stickers anymore in WA - they just take your money and that's it. Gets me to wondering how many unregistered vehicles there are driving around in this state

I'm talking about my Hawks membership sticker. We don't have rego stickers in BIC anymore either. Good in a way, saves you getting caught without the new one because you forgot to put it on

How often do people get pulled up to check if they're really a concession etc. at the G? My card isn't valid anymore but wondering if I'll get away with it

A different coloured light will go off on the turnstile if you're using a concession ticket. It's up to the discretion of the gate attendant as to whether you'll get asked or not. If you look younger (like early 20's) then you'll probably be right. Best bet would be to go when it's busiest as they'll not want to hold up the crowds trying to get in. Otherwise look for a turnstile with an attendant who doesn't look like they give a shit.

Thanks mate. I think I'd be okay anyway.. it's an interstate uni card that says Feb 16, doesn't say thats when it expired though even though I think that's what that date means

It's been a bit rough for a while now from what I've seen.
That said I believe in round one they were charging $60 for the area, can't be cheap being in the squad

Our squad has looked a little anaemic compared to others recently no doubt
That said unless you want to join...(I can't commit to it, most can't)

They were definitely there but now you mention it I don't recall seeing any banners either but I was way up in the Ponsford stand so a long way away. Also, they didn't have much to cheer about, we only scored four bloody goals
