The real DANGER game is the friends we made along the wayIt used to be that every game was a DANGER game, now they only come every once in a while
Great singerIDK. Maybe Dion knows.
SDK will do the 2nd Ruck role. I know we all (me included) used to say nooooo…so we could protect him…but I am now of the view (hope) that giving him a different focus might be really good for him. I don’t see any reason why he couldnt be a good ruck option in the future. He is 2 years younger (I think) than Tom who has developed (only recently to be fair) into the number 1 ruck and the “prototype”… Sam might not be exactly the same player but certainly has similar attributes. He feels a little “stuck in a rut” in the backline right now so I would to see him spend 25-30% of his time roaming the groundSo who gives Blitz a chop out in the ruck tonight? Henry or SDK the obvious, but which one? Guessing Kola stays with Curnow, meaning Henry or SDK stays with McKay
Love everything Rohan has done for the club but ... and probably with a low chance of occurring and maybe not a popular opinion ... I think having Hardie or Humphries as a sub (with Rohan coming out) might offer more versatility for both reactive and proactive necessity
I'd guess SDK. He'll only need to do it when McKay goes into the ruck anyway, so it won't really change our defensive structure too much.So who gives Blitz a chop out in the ruck tonight? Henry or SDK the obvious, but which one? Guessing Kola stays with Curnow, meaning Henry or SDK stays with McKay

So we essentially could have Blitz full tagging/shadowing TDK and SDK tagging Harry.I'd guess SDK. He'll only need to do it when McKay goes into the ruck anyway, so it won't really change our defensive structure too much.
I’m only OK with that if Jezza kicks a goal from half backIf I see Jezza outside our F50 and getting touches at half back again I'm gonna spew
I have a good vibe about this game. Maybe I am delusional.
Danger is going to go ballistic would be my guess. Frustration at seeing the season go off the rails, and not being able to join the fun and lead the way for many weeks.
Assuming (!) the backline can hold up it's gonna be our little guys who lead the charge IMO. It's them who will get the ball to our biggies.
Blitz and MOC need to wear their opponents like a glove, and I suspect Blitz might run Pit around a bit.
We shall see, but I still have faith. Maybe

Win or lose, I’m going full onHope all slept on the right side of the bed, and woke with some positive game day thoughts.
Not much point looking forward all day to the game as a loser, albeit a practical loser.
Just about to get in the Shiraz for some Paddy toasts.
No pressure.
OT I think he was 15 when he started with the Spencer Davis Group a la Gimme Some Lovin'!!!
Why the name change @Zouz? If your first name was Susie I'd get it.I’m only OK with that if Jezza kicks a goal from half back
Like this except from half back

Ummm. . .Sydney?Where are all of these Sydney blow ins coming from?
Spot onBeen a lot written about MC selections. But at the end of the day, I’m not sure having the likes of Tuohy or Knevitt on the wing will be the difference maker. I’m keen to see us go back to the structure of our winning form early on. But with a difference of Holmes in the guts rather than half back (has been great at both)
- Jezza actually playing forward with occasional movement upfield
- Dempsey playing forward and Rohan as sub. Not sure that OHenry and Rohan work well together.
- Whole team pressure for 4 quarters to stop runs of easy goals
- Defenders actually defending
In addition, what I want to see is:
- Minimal intercepting marks from Weitering and McGovern
- Blitz’s running TDK everywhere
- Run with/tag on Cripps or Walsh
- SDK follow McKay everywhere : forward, ruck, bench
- Hope Kolo can keep Curnow in check
Do this, and I will quote Lloyd Christmas :
“So you're telling me there's a chance. YEAH!”
