Where are all of these Sydney blow ins coming from?

:p
Ok ok let me explain. We are calling the AFL ladder the Bradbury ladder where everyone keeps crashing into each other whilst the swans sail by a few games clear. So a Geelong win helps that cause.

Not only that, there is respect for Geelong and not because you flogged us in 2022 but because you gave us an almighty scare a couple of weeks ago.

Go Catters.

Been a lot written about MC selections. But at the end of the day, I’m not sure having the likes of Tuohy or Knevitt on the wing will be the difference maker. I’m keen to see us go back to the structure of our winning form early on. But with a difference of Holmes in the guts rather than half back (has been great at both)

  • Jezza actually playing forward with occasional movement upfield
  • Dempsey playing forward and Rohan as sub. Not sure that OHenry and Rohan work well together.
  • Whole team pressure for 4 quarters to stop runs of easy goals
  • Defenders actually defending

In addition, what I want to see is:

  • Minimal intercepting marks from Weitering and McGovern
  • Blitz’s running TDK everywhere
  • Run with/tag on Cripps or Walsh
  • SDK follow McKay everywhere : forward, ruck, bench
  • Hope Kolo can keep Curnow in check

Do this, and I will quote Lloyd Christmas :

“So you're telling me there's a chance. YEAH!”
Nailed it CoolCat

You should post more 👏 👏 👏

No for it to be the Bradbury ladder it would have to be the Swans, together with the other top 4 contenders, who all fall in a heap on the final lap.

Betting plunge on the Cats, now paying $2.28. Late money is smart money.

Go Catters.
It wasnt in 1995 - early days of sports betting , some Asian high roller arrived in Aust , walked off the plane mid Saturday GF Day , saw that the Cats were the outsider ( more lucrative odds ) and thus promptly had 100k on Geel to win , and because of that bet we started favourite in that GF

And apparently to this day that bloke still hates Geelong !!!

And I watched in a ski lodge at Hotham with a mad Blues supporter who knew nothing about the game. I will never forget.

Dear Mods

Forgive me for all my OT posts + comments, please?

When nervous, I become even sillier. Teachers were exasperated, when reprimanding me, because I'd laugh.

I'm super nervous about tonight's game.

In my defence, cannot blame 🥂🍾🥂. . .YET

Can only assure you with 🥂🍾🥂

@CatToTheFuture
It could get worse. It could very very worse

Just jokes

There is nothing to be nervous about because you and I and everyone on here can do nothing about it. And then there's the umpires.

For those wondering, here's the inclusions for our VFL match against Port Melbourne on Sunday,

In: Rhys Stanley, Shannon Neale, Mitch Hardie, Toby Conway, Shaun Mannagh, Tobyn Murray

And it looks like we're starting to invest in options for post Stengle, with Toby named in the forward pocket while Rhys has been named to start from the other forward pocket

Mitch Edwards currently named as starting ruck

All the late money seems to have gone on the cats since team selection. We've come in from about $2.60 to $2.29 currently. 🤔 interesting but I'll still be tipping blues i think unless a rush of blood before the game. Said at the start of the season couldn't see us beating them twice.
Have nil idea why this is the case

Still baffled that Mannagh is not playing tonight + am interested in your opinion please, cats09?

Conway is agile + goes to ground well.

Stanley in our Backline appears as teaching our young backs, who will learn + for their development.

Know nothing of Edwards. Is he now designated as #2 ruck to Conway in future years?
