Slow and steady

About 4 weeks away in his opinion for running.
thats the big test but his feet have recovered pretty well so he expects to get up and running and back into the swing of things

Domsy was on KROCK so I suggest just listening to it as the hijinx ensued.

Tomma wants to play forever - as for going on no choices made.

Not missing the mud puddles but missing being out there with the boys and enjoying everyday.

With the Doggies - gotta nullify their MF.... the weather will help us 2 nite.

Domsy asked about SDK in ruck - Tomma says the development in the ruck will help him long term as KPD - it helped Tomma back in his day when he got a run in the ruck as you learn a bit about footy dping it.

Stewy good in the guts too

Lawson is a Tomma fav...great bloke and very talented.

Talked about leadership - they wear the brunt as the designated leaders but the development of others in the group esp the younger ones has helped a lot.
