That game was a walk in the park for the players compared to what Andrew Russell is about to put them through

No holding back this pre-season. We got the miles in the legs last pre-season, now I expect the focus will be shifted to strength.

As soon as the rain came, and the wind reversed 180 deg in 2nd qtr, I knew we were in trouble. They ended up having 3 qtrs with the wind. We may not have beaten them, as we had too many passengers, but may have had an honourable loss. Glad though that season is over, and been great under Teague. look forward to pre-season and next year.

a game where every little thing went against us. I'm not overly concerned, but we need to address the holes on our list (small forwards) over the off season so that we can play football when it rains.

But with Charlie and Jones and Marchbank in it's a different game today.
Levi wasnt focused today. Daisy was thinking about the past.
So easy to ignore the difficulties for our younger players against more seasoned bigger opposition.

Most, most, most disappointing end to the season. Of course, having regard to the lack of Mongrel displayed by the players, it will raise questions about Teague’s ability to get the players to be hard, aggressive and dour.
Maybe Ross Lyon as the manager of coaches may not be a bad idea, after all!
