No Katie hurts our forward structure.
Be interesting to see what happens with both Luke and Kelly in the team

NO, NO, NO, leave this where it is on the AFLW thread Board
it will turn into a shit show on the Tigers Main Board
Correct. For some reason there are "Richmond fans" who think it is their inalienable right to admonish others trying so hard.

Bit surprised Luke was listed starting on the ground maybe her Poppy and Mclelland will roll thru Ruck, CHF and off
Grieser has been good at getting up the ground for an outlet, hope that doesn’t change.

It’d be a real Positive for Ryan if they play her in the Shevlin role as that second winger…will show that she knows alotve the structure stuff up and down the ground.

Haven’t got big expectations with today, just want to see that North don’t get it all their own way and whatever the scoreboard is at we keep taking the game on, intercepting and running forward.

With a few of us being around when we started posting about firstly, our VFLW games then AFLW ones I (sadly) 100% concur.

No doubt it SHOULD be on the main board but it would be littered with numbskull posts about why do we have AFLW, the standard etc. It would make it very hard for genuine supporters of our women’s team to continue to be here.

I also have no doubt the very same people probably do exactly as they are told by the women folk in their lives.

The likely wet conditions should probaby work towards our favour given Nth are a pretty tall side. Brings them back a tad but they are still pretty formidable unit.

I wouldn’t read too much into where players are listed to line up. I wonder if a wet slog would suit a crafty Luke in the ruck rather than Poppy, or they might go rad and make a late change and just have Poppy (or Luke) and Laura ruck and bring in Stella and just play the one tall forward as we did with Jack in 2017.

When Final teams are submitted, we had to submit on Fri arvo, whoever is listed as starting 16 has to start on the ground and can’t be swapped for Int players. A match official is supposed to be watching it.
Of course emergency players can cover last minute injuries but you get a please explain

Same. A competitive game with scope to still win the last will be a win.

Playing all three of Ryan, Bacon and Ford underlines a bit of brittle, but the experience is too good to avoid against Nth at this stage of the season.

I think Poppy will play mostly Fwd, she has really come on with her marking and contest work, and provided Luke's body is holding up OK, that should work enough for this week. Could imagine a bit of rotation between Kelly and Grieser just to mix up the forward line a bit.
