Dow isn't an elite kick, and we didn't struggle winning clearances and inside 50s, we struggled with defensive transition and converting, which is a weakness of Dow

He kicked 4 goals in a glorified sim match.

We know that your beef with the club, is purely because Dow isn't getting a game.

You even stated that it would be a minor miracle that we beat GWS, clearly based because Dow wasn't selected. You provided no other suggestions, as to rectify our areas of improvement

Fisher will never be dropped for Dow, they play different roles. So perhaps focus on our other 6 mids that are getting a game ahead of Dow

I mean, the last 21 games from both players, Fisher has had more games where he notched up 20+ touches and more goals, compared to Dow, who is a mid, not a forward that comes up to the stoppages

Further, Dow wouldn't be a starting 3 mid in any side, at the moment

Complain all you want, but it won't change, unless Dow improves his weaknesses
Arrow, from your perspective what is Fisher’s role in the team?
Whilst I’ve only seen the the game from a TV perspective (not the best way obviously) I’d agree with HFs assessment. I thought Fisher was really poor.
What would be his 3 main KPIs in the role they have him playing?
Do you believe he met any of them?
In his defence, and applying context, the HF role in this game plan is probably the most difficult in the team.
It appears to be to push back and help out in defence, transition out of defence into attack, apply pressure forward or hold at centre to assist on defensive rebound.
As a critique, I believe the key KPIs would be similar to that of our wingers - and there is a third gamer that’s showing him up for effort & application big time if that’s the case.

I think so far this season, Fisher has been largely ineffective, but not poor

Needs to apply more pressure, tackles or otherwise. If not kicking goals, being a better link between our mids and forwards

Martin, Cuners, Honey, if they could stay on the park would be gunning for his spot

When Walsh returns, think he will likely take that role.

Right now, I would bring Cincotta in to play that 6th/7th defender with Cowan, and play Doc as a HHF/mid, replacing Fisher

Again, Dow doesn't and can't play a HF role
Where in that post is Dow mentioned? It was a direct response to u saying
“I don't think Fisher was poor against the Cats or GWS, but he wasn't effective either.
While having a quiet day, Fisher at least had the IQ, and workrate to push hard defensively and saved 2 goals in that 4th qtr”.
Funny how u don’t respond to that, but u just keep going on with your own narrative & putting words in other people mouth.
So u don’t think, 8 turnovers, 0 tackles & 4 clangers, while having bottom 4 pressure acts (Owies had 5 before going off) is a poor game 🤔 u don’t have favorites thou 😂

It's crazy how they do it.

It's Norf's home game and from I have been told in the past, it's the Home Club that releases bays at a time.

They normally average around 30K for Good Friday Games.

I have no doubt we will out number them 4 -1.

Harry, you have been banging on about Dow not getting a game for over 12 months, shifting from player to player who isn't at their best, to be dropped, or shifting player positions, so Dow gets a game

Not going to continue with something that is plainly obvious, so I suggest you ring Voss and tell him too, that he has no idea about selection, despite us currently being undefeated
