I noticed Brad Crouch not getting much love in the player trades. Going like a 110 proposition his last three weeks and not being rewarded by CD either. Should have got higher scores. Has been starting to kill it since Ryders return and the team coming good. At 450k i believe he represents very good value. Going as well as Steele.

I don't think you could argue he should have got higher scores, and also has a fractured cheekbone which shouldn't keep him out BUT I would want more than 3 weeks av 107.7 with his history.

I was hoping to double upgrade this week, however the Bowes injury threw a bit of a spanner in the works.

I think I’ll sideways Bowes to Ridley and upgrade Scott to Dusty. Leaves me with 355k and 16 trades.

3 rookies on field and Daniher (and Cripps).
Only concern is my cash gen, so I’m hoping L Jones doesn’t play this week.

Very much open to other opinions.

There's a bloke with a non injury average of 101 for about the cheapest price we will ever see him at in his career not being mentioned a lot. might just wait a week tho.

Isn't it just Hind vs Jelly? It would have been easier to just say that haha

Have you used a 2nd trade? If not, with that money in the bank, can't you just grab the other one

What are the trades?

You’re right the second trade is essentially just Hind vs Jelly. I used both trades as I needed to get rid of Bowes.

Bowes > Jelly
Powell > Dusty
(204k in the bank)

or

Bowes > Hind
Powell > Dusty
(290k in the bank)

If I trade Powell and Warner that will leave me with $992,100 to spend.

Original plan was JKelly & Hall but I’m $3,800 short.

Next option was Laird and Hall or I could go Guthrie/Lyons & Heeney.

What would be the best option keeping the byes in mind?

I like both Jelly and Hind. Jelly has the higher ceiling, so probably has to be him. Personal preference really, Hind does look like a solid forward pick though. Does either option hurt/help your byes?

Is Bowes' injury long-term?
Just gotta wait for the injury report. Not sure when Suns release theirs, today, tomorrow or Wed, different for all teams

At this stage I'm leaning towards holding Greene, if players keep dropping like flies then we're definitely going to need all the trades we can spare come the end of the season.

4 weeks, potentially (although unlikely) only missing 3 games because of the bye.

Have Scott/Poulter/Bergman as cover, so my hopeful estimate is a 40 point loss per week, looking at minus 120-200 points from holding, offset a little bit by focusing on player upgrades the next couple of weeks rather than sideways which should balance it out long term over the course of the season.

More inclined to trade Bowes but will probably hold him as well if it's only 1-2. Any longer and I'll probably sideways to Daniel/Houston as Highmore/Mansell are likely to be in and out of the team shortly.

Main priority is the byes, most targets I like are R14 which is already awkward as it is.

A lot of value in players over the next 2 weeks, Dusty, Heeney, Cerra and I'm even considering taking a desperate punt at a 400k Cripps this week.

I had him hands down the best player this week yet he scores just 116.

Last three weeks

28 disposals, 13 contested, 9 tackles, 5 clearances, 71% disposal efficiency @ 73% game time
30 disposals , 9 contested, 5 tackles, 6 clearances, 76% DE @ 82% game time
32 disposals, 10 contested, 4 tackles, 7 clearances, 75 DE @ 86% game time

Compare this to Oliver this week alone who i have,

28 disposals, 18 contested, 10 tackles, 7 clearances, 60% DE @ 87% game time

This includes 11 clangers of which five frees against. Scores 140.

I would of thought 9 less clangers and better disposal would be rewarded but i guess not.

Anyway at 450k tell me who is going better.

OK chaps, need a bit of advice this week. Team below, I have $359k cash and two upgrades to do this week. Need help on which players as I'm bit stuck stuck.

Three candidates to trade out Powell, Cox, Warner.
Dusty in for Cox means I can upgrade Powell to $569,400. If I use Warner instead of Cox I can get anyone.

Warner's BE is only 71 and I'd like to keep him until his bye. Preference is a mid with the round 12 bye, but Jelly is the only one I like under $569k, and I don't like him much with the news Greene is out.

So do I keep Cox (BE 80) who will lose more cash and get a better mid (Guthrie, Miller) or go for Steele or Petracca (or someone else) and say **** the byes?

Interested in opinions/options?

Better off spending 450k in the forward line. Hall, Dusty and Hind spring to mind.

Oliver kicked a goal, more tackles and more contested hence the better score.

Might bring in dusty and Oliver or even Heeney and spread my cash as far as possible.
With no rookies on the bubble I'll just keep double upgrading until I'm broke.

What about Gawn you ****ing hamster

Leon has us both by the chol each week. Need to save some cashola for the bearded flog.

So one goal, five contested possies and one tackle while having nine more clangers and worse disposal equates to +24 score?

Yeah i bought in Hall myself :)

Thought I share one of many supercoach addict story problem.

*Driving home from dinner on a Saturday night.

Me "Oi darl can you go on fanfooty and tell me the supercoach scores"

Her "What do I read?"

Me "Just tell me the top 5 players on each team"

Her *reads non supercoach relevant players*

Me "Oh my god, just read every player and tell me their points"

I think it's fine

If he does emulate that, he'll have more money to make after his bye, but if he's $285k at his bye, a downgrade to a $124k rookie will give you $160k, and that will help you to turn a round 13 rookie like Scott or Jones into a round 12 premo

I missed him as well as I upgraded. I'll be skipping him because I have money for a double upgrade, but I needed a rookie, I'd have no issue picking him up

so stoke to see rookies making over 150k

Go Guthrie if you can mate.

Trust me you will be tearing your hair out if you pick Shitracca like I did. Don’t do it to yourself.
