Could have had Carr in next week, instead another year down the toilet. Just awful.
Carr in to get clobbered by the Bulldogs in his 1st game?

tbh that cripple fight "win" today and the 4 sympathy points that came with it was the better outcome for us.... IF we get a new coach by say Rd 19.

Would we all rather sneak into 8th and give the finals a tilt with a new coach, or end the season on 9th by % watching the finals.

No one other than Ken, Koch and a few in his greyhound syndicate wouod have been anything other than worried by that performance

what a hero you are, pathetic
Man shut up your club went from lower depths to higher heights under your coach, you wouldn’t understand it flog

If it was Zerk Thatcher that played on King, don't read too much into it. Every week King makes his direct opponent look like a legendary defender.
I was on the 50 in line watching the ball come in and seeing it and the St kilda players positioning

full credit to AA and ZT. they beat their opponents

but by God that delivery in, and the positioning of those saint kilda forwards was atrocious. Saints aren't going ANYwhere under Ross either

there's too many teams in this competition the "elite" talent pool isn't there for 18 teams

do we try Rutogaliir up forward or can 3 talls still work?

Maybe I'm reading too much into it but I thought Rozee's comment re the players supporting kern while he was (still?) the coach sounded promising.

As for the crocodile tears after the game you just know kok is going to try and make a huge plus out of that.
It brought back memories of Lassie Come Home, Ken playing Lassie of cause.

St Kilda are just so poor. They play a zone off non contact style of football. This means our midfielders get some space and we always beat teams like this. The pressure from last week's opposition to this week was completely different. This type of win means nothing.

Saints just needed turn up the heat a few percent and they might have won.

if Max King wasn't so pathetic, we'd probably be rid of Hinkley tonight.

what a hero you are, pathetic

What business is it of yours?

Let down the tyres on Old Man Fagan’s wheelchair for all we care, you do you.

This bizarre entitlement of opposition fans and Melbourne media to tell us off for how we react to an unprecedented dozen years of this expert in futility, is absurd.

Well that was painful but we got the win that’s the main thing .
Hopefully they can work on getting some confidence back .
JHF best on ground
Allir our second best
Quite a few ordinary performances though.
Sweet is reasonable in the centre square but not much chop anywhere else but he has played under 20 games so he possibly gets there .
Evans wasn’t much but he did get better in the second half .
Narkle did more than McEntee.
Jones and Farrell under par .
Boak and Finlayson didn’t do much
DBJ ordinary
Butters good in patches but could do with a brain transplant sometimes
Lord ok Zerk Thatcher ok
Drew , Wines not bad . Sinn ok
But yea just good to get the win and hopefully we can build some sort of form starting from next week

mate do you know what's been going on lately this reads as though it was your first Port game since 2014
