After months of winning most weeks and being locked in at 12th we're currently up to 11th on the live ladder thanks to the SUNS doing SUNS things at Emptyhad.
So you're saying that, if teams above us keep losing, we might finish in the 8?:)

Gosh if only we hadn't accidentally inherited such crap football players again and again for 10 years now. Oh poor Ken if only he had some sort of say and could do something, anything about it. It is just not fair to Ken. Maybe he will get lucky in his next 100 years as Senior coach.
You should so tweet this and tag koch and Richo. However they wouldn’t understand that you are taking the piss!

He was supposed to be a one speed, clean pickup, skilled short kicking flanker. Which he isn't. Even if he was it wouldn't be enough.

"One-speed player who is clean in the lower grades but too slow for the AFL" is a tale as old as time, and I don't know how list managers and recruiters keep falling for it.

They fell for the surname.. watched him all through his juniors, had a nothing game then.. and lived an afl lifestyle as a junior so had no upside

Meh. A Hinkley game. Fail to take our chances, opposition takes theirs. Get far enough behind the mental shackles come off and we play ok, then get close and mental weakness (in the box and on the field) kicks in and stuff it.

Add in score line gives illusion that selections aren’t a contributing factor and likely to go UP a spot as GC are shitting the bed and it’s all round ****ed. With results around us we’re still only a game and percent outside the 8. Far enough we aren’t any real chance, but close enough that another week of ‘still in it PoWEr FAnS!’ Gaslighting ahead. FMD.

Mead needs to be at least 5kg heavier for his height and the game he plays. He needs to be a contested ball winning beast, he will never run out of sight on a dark night.

hinkley is not the problem. our senior players are the problem and the rubbish example they set for the juniors.
boak is their role model. a serial non performer and self preserver.
How about you just come clean and tell us what Trav has done that’s got your knickers in a knot. Then you wouldn’t have to keep posting this after every game.

Well to be fair, Trav is absolutely useless in a close game and has been for about 5 years.

But I would say the reason this guy and Papa G are constantly on his case is because he hasn't taken a girl to the BnF.

Pickett 6 goals from small forward, game set and match. My kingdom for a decent small forward and dont say Fantasia ffs.
Fantasia, spent the whole year doing special comments for 5AA, he must be the best paid commentator in sports history.
We knew his body never stood up to AFL football but we took him anyway.

I really liked Farrell's invisible game of not competing at half forward and then not even kicking the 1 goal he had a chance to kick.

Also enjoyed SPP missing 17 snaps, he almost got a few of them!

Mead was great too, I liked how he fumbled almost everything he went near. Melbourne even tried to gift him a goal and he gave it straight back to them, ha!

But how about MG? Wow, I've never seen such a brilliant display of not winning any contests in all of my life.

Bonner's return to squibdom really impressed me too, I thought he was past that but he sure proved me wrong!
And that is your match summary folks.

"We're really proud to have shared the field with God King Pickett today as he became the first player to register 6 goals on a Northern Territory ground during an AFL match. This is what "see you at the footy" is truly about."

- some PAFC big wig
