Changes you say?
I think Johnson was very average against the Blues. He could be dropped and it would be form related. Erasmus started to find the ball which was a nice change for our midfield in the 3rd and 4th quarters.

Agree. MJ wasn't great. Needs be also more disciplined. He has given away a few 50m penalties now because he lost his cool or undisciplined acts
I want to see some serious personnel and/or role changes this week. Lots of possibilities have been mentioned on this thread. Here are a few;
Shore up the midfield:
Brodie in if fit
Centre square time to Treacy and or Jackson, if fit
Use Banfield as a tagger, he can go to de Goey this week
Young to the midfield (not an option I am keen on)
Do something about the wings:
Clark
Worner
Wilson
Brayshaw
Get the defence to actually defend, we are currently getting neither defence nor rebound at the moment:
Hamling, only option I can think of.
Although I think the defence did quite well to hold it to 4 goals in the first quarter yesterday, generally I think they have been poor this year. We have let in the 8th most inside 50s this year, but are 4th worst for scores against. One could argue that some of that is lack of pressure up the field, but some of is crap defence.
Bring Sturt in and tell him he has 7 games to save his AFL career. Drop Switta or Freddie.
Do something about the ruddy kick ins.

our injury list is bullshit. JLo is taking a 90s approach to injuries where guys are playing who are clearly not right.
ie: Pearce (can't train), Jackson (hip injury can barely jump), Freddie (ankle - saw him trailing his man by 20m+ last night, has no lateral movement at all). Brayshaw (has lost his burst again, knee probably flaring up) etc etc. Its nonsense we are playing these blokes who are clearly not fit.
Would prefer Hamgling honestly.
Yep, it’s astounding how the ball is being marched out of the middle while our guys spectate.
