Richo is not up to it at the minute, let's face it. He has 12 months to work out a plan B or we should look elsewhere. If we get getting beaten the same way next year, we need to make the call. Do it now before we have a Buckley type scenario. These kind of losses are just not okay. They have been a real signature of Richo's regime. There is a very soft underbelly to this squad. If things don't go our way, we simply roll over like a puppy dog.

Obviously we are getting smashed everywhere, but do the last two weeks prove how important Membrey is to the team?

When he's playing well his pressure inside our 50 is good, he provides a genuine target and he takes contested marks. So much of the opposition offensive drive has been coming from swans players taking uncontested marks in our front half or simply waltzing the ball right out of our 50 and through the corridor.

When he's playing (on most occasions) he will either take the grab, bring the ball down to a position where we have some genuine crumbera or he will put pressure on the opposition, slowing their exit and allowing us to set up our structures.

Perhaps I'm just hoping that the solution to a lot of our problems is simply bringing one player back into the team.

You and a number of people on here have seriously overestimated our list. The number of times we have looked to go inside the corridor only to see no one actually providing a target.
We are still lacking in a number of area. It wouldnt matter what gameplan you have. It isnt going to work if you cant hit a target.
