he had the better of Stanley in the ruck work, by a margin too, it was that he was dropping marks that he should’ve taken, had he taken those marks then it would’ve been a very good game

6 disposals. 0 marks. 59 meters gained. 😬

We got smashed from the centre in the early part of the game. But I admit he did get better as it went on. And Stanley is hardly sending anyone into trembling fear.

Gee Chris Scott is a whinger.

Bordering on tantrum here.

My God - Chris Scott is a miserable sook isn’t he?

Scott in his Presser ststing he had been told by people who watched the footage that Cameron and the guy he HB to were in the field of play at the time and he questioned the reporter who asked the question if he saw it. When he replied he had and that both were outside the boundary ... Scott replied he must have viewed the footage from a different angle... WTF

Chris Scott, what a peanut this bloke is.
Calls out the center bounce at the start of the 3rd, yet no mention of the 2 goals from out of bounds.
I should’nt been surprised
He's actually trying to suggest that knowledgeable football people he spoke to said the ball wasn't out.

F.. wit

Pendlebury was lion hearted tonight.I know he’s probably too slow for the centre bounces now,but his bullocking, tackling, blocking and sacrificing himself so that other players could get the ball was just examplary. He’s a marvel at 35..
Great post.

We managed to cop vintage Dangerfield again tonight. Even though he still hurt us, it was Pendles who took on the responsibility of standing next to him at centre bounce and attempting to quell his influence.

He also had that knack of being present and involved in the big moments, like winning the ball at half-back when Geelong were surging, making time stop still before delivering the ball wide to retain possession.

Has one player ever kicked two goals in a game from out of bounds? Truly bizarre stuff

Scott just said he didn't see the handball but people who know the game said it was in the field of play :drunk:

Chris Scott in his post game interview seems like a sore loser.

Gutsy win tonight, proud of the boys for standing up when the pressure was on.

We had a little luck yes but it was still a good sign to see us hold them off defensively when they had control in general play on either side of the 3/4 time break. Also good to see Checkers get his hands on the leather and kick a bag will be good for his confidence.

Will need to make some adjustments next week without Moore vs the Lions tall timber, but we're in a good position only needing one more win to secure top spot with the Dees and Lions both facing potentially tough games this week.
