Half field ball work mids and forwards, big voice, lots of energy.
Back working inside 50 on defensive zones.

Can't stress the difference between training this season and last. Looks like a completely different football club.

Correction: Half field ball work probable first 18.

Coops and Jack Hayes singled out for a talk from RTB, can't read anything in what was discussed.

Chito to Windy to Naz to Sinclair who hits skunk on the tit with a 40 metre pass.

RTB taking training doesn't miss a thing, again talks to Coops about I think about positioning.

One little thing not to Ross' liking he whistles play to stop, has all the forwards in talking to them, Brad Hill having a lot to say, RTB still talking to Hayes and Coops, now a long discussion with Membrey.

Don't believe the bs that Ross is just the manager and the assistants do the work, completely hands on.

DMac the finals smoky...

Comes in this week and takes McLuggage out.

Week 1 of the finals he blankets Gulden. Saints by 35.

Week 2 the glove takes McLuggage out again after the Lions choke v Port. Saints by 13.

Prelim final he sends Nick Daicos to the Shadow Realm. Saints by 1 point in extra time.

GF Day he belts Rozee so badly that Connor requests a trade to the Saints, just so he never has to deal with DMac again. Saints by 47.

Ok Kent's signing off the ball by ball descriptions.
Mav or someone can do a post training review, I can't do the in depth analysis, I am just the colour guy

I will try to get down again before finals. Hope you all got something from my ramblings.

Cheers

Edit: Almost all have gone in but Pou doing repeat sprints with the trainer to finish off.

I like Byrnes for this game. Maybe even straight in for his tank and run. Horses for courses. Just not sure who would go out.
I cant have him in , just because he has a tank is not a reason to bring him in , he just doesn't get it enough

Is this a tiny little hint that Hayes might be playing? He doesn't ruck at all for Sandy AFAIK.
He has rucked a bit at Sandy - was doing it a bit up forward on the weekend. There are 2 or 3 other ruck options at Sandy
so that's why he hasn't done a lot I'd say. Also hasn't played until the past month or so.

King's a chance to be resting based off the teams in the match sim portion. He looked fantastic and was one of the standouts.

He was wearing the fluro bib alongside Heath on the 'B' team while the other end had Hayes/Membrey/Sharman/Phillipou/Higgins. Owens was with the midfield group all session.

Hayes/Coffield/Billings/Byrnes the 4 who played VFL to join in with the seniors for a lot of the drills while the rest worked separately.

Howard was out there with the no contact hat too. Didn't partake in match sim but looking like he should be available for finals.

He said Seb Ross was set to be available for the first week of finals following his hamstring strain against Geelong, backing last week’s sub Hunter Clark to fill his midfield role in round 24.

Hunter Clark came on, so he’ll be in the 22 … he was very good, Hunter,” Lyon said."

Lyon said key forward Jack Hayes would need more football under his belt before being considered for a return after his six-goal haul for Sandringham on Sunday.

And How the F does he get that with only one AFL game and no VFL games to go before the final? Very strange comment for RTB
