This might sound crazy but... is there any reason they can't name their sub at the same time as the rest of their team sheets?

Could be worse. Coaches keep going on about wanting to name a 5 man bench and sub before the bounce. That would suck for us. Hopefully the afl ignores there feedback lol

It staggers me how much relevance people place on positions on team sheets these days. He could be named inside the ball for all I care. I'm still trading him out.

No good reason. It’s not like the teams won’t decide on the sub when they decide on their 22.

Surely you're not suggesting I preface every 'is there any chance my dud mid-pricer might actually play in the position he's named in' question with some sort of 'well now, we all know team sheets mean SFA, however...' type of preamble, are you?
