Also thinking about Setterfield to Day purely for structural purposes (I started with Setterfield), but Day's injury issues are putting me off, plus Day not being a premo. But my defence is bloody weak, and I can't get to any of the 600k premos.

Apart from not having Oliver or Laird, very happy with this midfield though. Not being able to field both Ashcroft and Mackenzie could be an issue, so Setterfield to a premo defender will be on the agenda soon. Constable can be a loop to get the best score from either one in the meantime.

CD murdered Doc on the weekend.

A few of us here are adamant that if you start off with a few clangers at the beginning of the game that CD seem to mark you harshly for the remainder of the game.

Disappointed by the Cameron injury. If not I'd have no reason to trade at all, but now I have to make at least 1, maybe 2.
A single trade would be Cameron>Flynn, but I don't really trust Flynn to maintain form.
A better trade would be Cameron>Grundy who should make enough cash to cheaply trade him back to Gawn by the time Gawn's back. Problem with that is I'd have to make a second trade to be able to afford Grundy. Probably Davey jnr > Phillips.

Probably Cameron to English and Greene to Chandler.

Tried to play conservatively and not use a boost on the weekend but ended up missing out on Chandler like an idiot. Will correct that despite his price rise.

Greene will slowly make cash but it's a no-brainer if I can turn him into Chandler will money leftover.

Hopper was my only pathway to Setterfield. Setterfield looked like a must-have to me.

I won't be getting Hopper back in. Happy to fade him with the Tigers next 4 matches against very good midfields.

They're good for 40-60 every week. Not the worst result. My M8 has averaged 50 or 60, so it's much of the same.

Gone from Cumming -> Day, and wondering if I should get Bergman out now, or look at another one of my DEFs.

You can turn Bergman into De Goey with the funds you have leftover. Would make for a nice looking team.

Cheaper options that are better than Bergman include Josh Daicos, Jai Newcombe, Steele Sidebottom or even Andy McGrath who is going okay and has DEF/MID status.

I’m planning to VC Doch.

He got enough of the footy in RD3, but his DE was horrid

VS North, I would expect that he has a bit more time to dispose & therefore his DE will improve

Genuinely concerned Cowan gets dropped, and Chesser is injured, and Constable won't come back

I'm 50k overall with a shocking team, I'm not gonna achieve anything if I play safe. Time to try something and hope for the best.

Not sure what to do with Worpel

His cash gen has completely stopped and he was lucky to even score 45 on the weekend.

Could risk to hold for another week as he plays the bottom of the ladder Geelong (haha) or drop him to Rowston/Phillips but if i do this then i have to field Baker, Rowston or Phillips

Could also swing worpel back and bring Will Day in

Feel like its all sideways trade crap though
