Disposal and decision making is vital as well. And at the current stage we've actually gone backwards this year. Yes we have injuries but our biggest howlers are from our senior blokes.

Quite an even affair as "do better" was literal and they did so the turnovers were well down and effort was increased so there was an actual contest. Unfortunately for us, we are still us, so they did well on transition from F50 and we bottled some chances up forward, so in reality nothing changed and it's still a 19pt game for round 2: Not quite a new challenger and probably more of the same.

Great in the contest, give the ball back to Giants in front of goal, get one back for shits and giggles.

Just too many basic skill errors - game plan is right - use the corridor- but when you miss by foot time & time again you get slaughtered.

Plus wasted way too many opportunities in front of goal.

Can’t fault the effort - but they are a different level.

Mitch Owens needs some.serious help in front of goals.

Where is the run through the corridor? Nas, Sinclair, Stocker, Bonner nothing no run and link up stuff at all.

We are scared of being tackled, no look handballs overhead, side way handball missed the player by a metre.. this has to stop… and it’s a coaching issue… stop being crap scared, and take on the tackler for once.. that’s being aggressive and attacking… not hospital handball to someone who’s about to get tackled.. poor, poor coaching…

And stop being safe.. if you play the righ away and make mistakes, so be it.. but if you try to just cut corners.. don’t work on skills, and don’t ask players to lead, or beat their own man, or take the game on… you end up with a team who can just about do the basic skills and will need everything going right for them to win.. which is the team we have at the moment.. take the shackle off.. play players that are mids in the midfield, Philippou and Owens are flankers at this stage of their career, play stocker in there, Winhanger and Steele, even Garcia is more of a mid than Phillipou or Owens…

I was a better set shot for goal when I played school footy and I was a rugby front rower, playing footy was just a part time sport for me.

I don't understand how full time AFL professionals can kick so badly at goal, it's pretty bad across the board but we are one of the worst.

I am convinced he suffers with confidence issues ( psychologically weak) like a number of players. He plays like a big spoilt sooky kid.

And don’t even get me on kicking at goal. I think im convinced now that King’s never gonna be a superstar. Think I’d almost rather Van Rooyen after watching how he goes about it this year.
