Where do I find the Supercoach podcasts run by our esteemed colleagues?
WaynesWorld19 ?

Hunter out for an unspecified time period
95% TOG in the last 3
Averaging 35 touches a week
Soft soft upcoming draw - FYI Bulldogs still paying $1.57 for top 8

So many teams already have MacRae, Dunks & English, a 4th Dogs keeper leaves a whacking great hole in their bye round. I'd love to bring him in, but I am going to have to wait until after the bye round, unless Dunks does the Dunks thing and goes into his annual winter snooze or injury break. By then he could end up with DPP as well.

Also if that nasty 'rona hits their mob....

Rowell got a bit of a spray in the media. Hopefully he fires up, has been pretty lackluster.

Trading grundy before an Essendon feast is pretty risky,.

Bloke has had 30+ once in his career, averages 1 marks a game and has had 4 straight games of less than 20 touches.

He doesn't know how to spread from a contest and get easy ball. His tank is lacking and he can't get contest to contest.

If he doesn't win the contested ball, he's cooked. So he'll have huge lunar eclipse games where he has 15+ CP’s but more games of 105 or less, purely because he doesn't spread. His tackling will keep his average over 80 but if he plays on a dry deck (which happens on the GC more often than not) his game style is not suited.

C'mon give the bloke a break.....he's on his own in there. He just needs some inside help, like Brodie or Greenwood. Oh forgot...we gave them away. But all is not lost we have Atkins on another 2 years....;)

I need a good pod, and you’re right Smith despite being a massive name, has had an underrated start to the season. Extraordinary tank whose accumulation has gone up another level; he might be able to match Walsh’s average. And whilst he’s a gun player, I don’t see opposition coaches sending players out specifically to nullify his influence, and if they do, I think Smith has size and tank to keep playing well

He’s in for Rowell, which means I must hold Whitfield for yet another week, but oh well - can’t upgrade everyone at once

Flat track Bully Grundy (BE 150)
Recent Scores - 53, 118, 96, 101, 124, 83, 89, 107, 110, 85, 88.
153 vs Phillips (2021), 151 vs Phillips (2020), 83 vs Draper (2021)
143 vs Burgess (2021), 105 vs Witts (2020)
140 vs Chol (2021), 115 vs Soldo (2020)
ESS, SUNS, RICH in the next 3 vs Draper, Witts, Nank.

Is this what many considering burning a trade.

Dixion out to pruess purely for the faster cash generation? Doing that will obviously earn cash quicker, probably more cash too. But if I do that, I lose my swing man on the bench in the ruck. I have English as my R1 so I'll still have a swing.

I am down to 28 trades, which sort of doesn't phase me because for the last 5 seasons we've always had 30 and usually after round 2 we are sometimes down to 26 for correction trades.

My first trade idea is Rowell to Rosas and Hough to Sicily, swinging NOD to M8. Leaving me with $100 spare if I decide to boost Durdin to Preuss.

The concern if I do those trades is that I’m committing to missing out on Hayes, which could be a big mistake. I also think it’s worth noting that Grundy has been average in 4/5 games played this year. Yes, his scores have been ok and that’s all we care about, but watching him as a pies fan, he has been sub par.

What trades would you do in my situation?

Hold Grundy/Whitfield.
I’m a fan of the Rowell > Rosas, Hough > Sicily & Durdin > Preuss trades.

I’m not sold on Rosas. He’a either gotta be kicking 3 goals or having a shitload of tackles to hit 70 & failing that you’re looking at a 30-40 & potential omission if the suns cop a couple of beatings.

He does have a good bye round for me though in Rd 12. What’s his JS like? Can he last until then?
