Proven player at wafl level, looked really good against a side that dominated the start to finish. You've got to take a punt on he or Carrol and bring one of them in early so you can go one up one down this and next week.

Curtis this week.

Clark next.

Wait and see if Carrol retains his spot long term. Played fantastic, however he was a late in. Structure wise he could be expendable.

Should be easily leading our B&F this year. If not, he's equal first with Sicily.

Been massive.
real quiet achiever, hardly noticed him on the weekend at the ground, had 33 lol

Can you boost and bring both in?

Hard decision, I feel like if you pick one you'll be annoyed you didn't pick the other.
Want to hold remaining boosts ....the complicating issue is I already have too many R12 Bye players .....all 4 DEF Premo's are R12 ....bringing in Cripps adds a further R12 Bye player + Steele

Do I accept R12 as a write-off ? .....and still get Cripps

Your call, but i suspect you have Heeney/Parker the wrong way around.
Heeney had a great start. He's normally a 95 avge fwd. Parker had a lousy start. He's normally a 105-110 mid.
Parker's average is actually better than Dunkley in recent years. Plus he doesnt miss games.
We all thought being able to have Dunkley in our Fwds was sweet. We paid up for Dunkley based on 1 season, 3 yrs ago. A tad injury prone tho.

In effect what you're saying is you'd much rather pay an extra $20K for the guy with the lesser SC game, simply coz he started Rnds 1 - 4 better.
Im getting this guy. Screw Sydney.

Do you clearly not watching ...is that what your saying ...:moustache:
Nah just that he doesn't do anything flashy, just wins the ball and goes under the radar. Until i checked the stats Sicily and Scrimshaw i thought had more of the ball

Guys, just go after who i don't pick.

Last couple weeks i've made great trades bringing Laird and Cripps in but the player i took them over had a massive score. It was Laird over Mills and it was Cripps over Moore. I still love those trades but it is great to be proved right both ways.

This week i'm liking Jordan Dawson and Moore again. Dawson is interesting as he had that interrupted preseason and at a new club so i'm expecting him to start coming into form soon. He's not playing his best but he's still the 12th ranked defender for total points, he's 516k and has a BE of 125 so he could be 500k next week even with a 100. I'll be bringing him in next week most likely.

Moore has probably had his best score of the year and i am spewing i didn't bring him in last week, but no regrets. At 495k he still represents serious value for a 100-105 player. Super consistent and hardly owned, he looms like a player who if you have him, you could go on a massive climb. What i really like though is the fixture. 11 out of 15 games against teams currently outside the top 8 and 1 against Collingwood who are 8th but you expect will fall out. For a forward that is insanely good, but considering he doesn't rely on goals that much i'd say a 0 goal game for him is around 85-90, 2 goals a game will give him that 100-105 average and i'd expect serious spike games against Essendon, WC, North and Adelaide. I'm going to use my 3rd boost it looks like this week to make sure i bring him in.

Very tempting. Leave me with around 30k left and then can start downgrading next week. Clark as M8, Martin F6 and one of NOD, SDK or Paddy as my D6.

I bought in Cripps last week, so I am have avoided this dilemma. Good luck to you, there's no right or wrong decision, both good options. The byes are so tricky, I'm already planning for them with my trade ins. I can bring Petracca in this week to complete my midfield but then I'd have him, Gawn and Oliver all out in the same week. Hate the byes.

Better pick this week

Sicily Pendles crisp?

Reckon they’re all safe 105+ this year (crisp will get there eventually)

All round 14 bye players which is my main factor for targeting these 3 over Docherty/
/Vlastuin/Dale and Dawson who I Also like as picks

I can't understand the people bringing in Wines.

Why would you take the risk with someone who was troubled by a heart condition only 4 weeks ago?

Yes he is cheap for his output but you would want to be confident that he is going to play every game from now on.

Considering sideways trading Titch to Cripps🧐. Gives me enough cash to do JHF to Clark and Rachele to Parker.

I own Titch too. What do you think the issue is with him right now? A 140, a 100 and a 78. Seems too hot and cold at the moment but I will persist with him.

i mean 500k is pretty crazy for him and it's a risk some are prepared to take.

Don't think it's that under-priced. Other than last year he's a 95-105 guy. Won a Brownlow and averaged 112. Not really a SC guy.

Assume most keen on him haven't looked at their bye situation yet.

yeah i'm not interested, my mids are set but i can see the appeal

Decided my trades finally. Thought I would get another mid in through some DPP movement.

Rachele and JHF for Crippa and Clark. (Via SDK to FWD F6 and NoD to D6)

I never had Crippa initially in my team at that still very low price it was a no brainer to bring him in and it helps reduce my rookies on field to just four (Daicos, NoD, Clark, SDK)

He also has the bad round 12 bye. I would look after that if he gets through the next few weeks.

Do you think a team of medical professionals and heart specialists would clear him for AFL football if he wasn't fine? Think of the negligence...

If he's still cheap in a couple of weeks I'll consider him.
