Re: Round 19 - Preview, Scores & In-Game Discussion

2879 with Tom Lynch (29) on the ground and Pendlebury captain. That'll be the closest I get to the 3k mark in my life time I think. Crazy round

Re: Round 19 - Preview, Scores & In-Game Discussion

Yeah once upon a time multiple teams was frowned upon but nowadays it seems the norm. Especially with the multi bye rounds, you'd imagine there'd be 50k or however many teams made just to win the weekly.

Re: Round 19 - Preview, Scores & In-Game Discussion

Winning from rd 1 is much harder than just turning up any week. Rd 3 is the ideal week to start for weekly superrounds. I'm would say that a fair percentage of round winners didnt start in rd 1

So you admit you are a scumbag who cheated by waiting x2 rd's and making a team knowing who would go up in price because you are too pathetic to start a team from the beginning of the competition ???

I hope you miss out on the prize this week and get shown up as having multiple teams so your team gets disallowed ...........

Might be true, but i think any teams that start after round 1 has begun should be disqualified from any prizes

Re: Round 19 - Preview, Scores & In-Game Discussion

Theres nothing in the rules that says ya have to start in rd 1 pal. And the 2nd account is for an actual real person. Might still get beat though it was not the perfect team

Re: Round 19 - Preview, Scores & In-Game Discussion

IIRC the current CAR leader did something very similar, as did most weekly winners.

Like others have stated it's the norm and as long as you have a wife/sister/mum to use as the name you're going to get away with it.

Won't happen. Herald sun/champion data make their money from people visiting/logging onto the website. That's why they are still advertising on radio that you are able to win a car with the biggest weekly score.

Yeah. it's a loophole the people can immoraly exploit. I know i'd rather the prize going to someone who's had a team from the begining that's had to ride the high's and lows of benching premiums when suspended/injured rather than a person that's set up a team and has been able to select a full team of players playing for the week.

Mate you come onto here, start bragging about this "great" team you have, asking if you should make room for the car, and your surprised people think you are a piece of crap because you cheated your way to it with a rigged team ??? Are you REALLY that stupid ??? Shut your mouth, hope you get the car quietly and don't say anything on here because no-one wants to hear your smug, arrogant cheating gloating.

Re: Round 19 - Preview, Scores & In-Game Discussion

Like most, i'd rather win prizes without exploiting the system but that's not to say I don't understand why people do. I'm thinking pez is right here, more hits on their site means more dough and a way to keep most people interested after their dodgy starts is to give them a 1 in 400k chance at $1000.

Re: Round 19 - Preview, Scores & In-Game Discussion

2076, happy i got over 2k mark :D with couple 0's. scores are pretty massive this week considering the bye

Re: Round 19 - Preview, Scores & In-Game Discussion

What rotten luck, Hirthy!

Managed to move up 20 spots myself to 169th overall. If only Cloke wasn't my skipper! :p
