Was quite often the case throughout our history, yet somehow we managed to win 37 premierships before Ken the Great turned up.

We are in the greatest premiership drought in our history and Hinkley has been at the helm for the bulk of that.

Funny how our 2004 midfield featuring a total of 1 player who at any stage in their career was named an All Australian (Kane Cornes, a tagger) was able to take it up to a Brisbane team that had 3 Brownlow medalists. And yeah MCG prelim bla bla bla - we beat Brisbane in all of their premiership years too.

It's not about having the best list. You only need to have a list in the top maybe 4-6 and you can win. Hinkley has had that several times and hasn't even been able to make a grand final.
