Man, you're spot on, especially with the "our club". That's the whole point of any club - it's ours, and it's what we collectively make it.
Trouble is, it isn't ours. It's an AFL-run fiefdom for the benefit and ego-stroking of a select few, and we should just be grateful to be able to throw money at them. Koch behaves like he owns the place, and as far as his masters are concerned, he does.

This idiot is the problem. How many times has he spoken too soon and made the entire club look stupid? The list is as long as I am tall. He just needs to shut the **** up and stay in the background. Like what Sydney and Geelong's presidents do, those clubs he looks up to so much.

The big question mark on Port Adelaide is finals performance. Despite this the non-sensical decision was made to reappoint Ken last year before finals. In the words of Koch “it provides us with confidence and certainty heading into an exciting finals campaign” What an exciting campaign it was.
