Cripps at 12-14 weeks

We’re coming into R7 so on that timeframe he’s back around R19. That’s about 4-5 games to play with finals already out of the question.

Put him on the LTI to open up a list spot for the MSD

At least we have at least 3 weeks to get more injuries before this list starts to drop below league leading levels of injuries.

Sheed is a TBC but it does suggest in the accompanying article/obituary that he is seeing a specialist this week (who will probably tell him to take a couple more weeks of avoiding getting his throat re-crushed).

Sheed was part of full training yesterday maybe he can wear a cricket helmet or similar to help his return .

Luke Shuey’s tortured injury run has continued, with the West Coast skipper set to be sidelined for a month amid two separate setbacks.
Shuey, 32, injured his left ankle in the first quarter of the Eagles’ 40-point loss to Port Adelaide on Saturday, when it twisted in a tackle from Power star Ollie Wines.
The Norm Smith medallist played through the injury until early in the third term when he was subbed out of the game with 17 disposals and three clearances.

While the ankle was the immediate concern, the Eagles have revealed Shuey suffered a reoccurrence of his hamstring injury from earlier in the season in the veteran’s latest soft-tissue setback.
Shuey felt tightness in the hamstring he injured in the round three western derby defeat, an injury that sidelined him for a fortnight.

“After some treatment, it was re-taped he went back out but just felt like he couldn’t function to the level required, so he was subbed out,” Eagles head of health Mark Finucane said.

“After the game, he cooled down and unfortunately he’s aware of some hamstring tightness as well.
“With the scan results of the ankle, the ligament damage and some bone bruising, we are going to take a cautious approach with Luke both with the ankle injury and his soft tissue history.”

The Eagles confirmed former captain Shannon Hurn was a chance to return fo their game against Carlton at Optus Stadium on Saturday night after he missed the last two games.

It came as West Coast finally released the timeline on the return of several injured players having listed them as “to be confirmed” for the past month.
Premiership hero Dom Sheed will see a specialist this week on a throat injury to determine when he is a chance to return, while Jeremy McGovern (hamstring) and Nic Naitanui (Achilles) have been listed as two months away.
Youngsters Campbell Chesser (knee), Elijah Hewett (ankle), Noah Long, Brady Hough and Coby Burgiel are all set to be available within the next month.
“Noah has taken a little while for the hamstring to settle down, but he’s now comfortable and running strongly,” Finucane said. “We won’t take any risks with our first-year players and he will take the time to progress through a fully program.
“Coby is similar and we’re just taking a precautionary approach so he will go through a reconditioning and rehabilitation block.
“Elijah has again been the professional athlete and he has looked after it nicely, so hopefully we see him playing in the next couple of weeks.”

Nicoski was a shining beacon for the injury list for so many seasons. The man had it all.

Truely the Elliot Yeo of his time.
