    I ended up with the exact same scenario first 6.
    Dees or Port would have to collapse for us to take 5th. Not a big advantage that.
    Looks like we could drop another game and still finish 6th.
    With their road form the Weagles dropped out altogether.
    I actually had the Bombers 7th and GWS 8th with the Tiges missing out.
    Still plenty of danger games!

    So, after our Weagles demolition what’s the aggregate vibe from the media commentators about our chances in September?

    Still forgetting we exist (ideally)?

    Cursory examination of our chances before moving on to more pressing matters like who’s bought a puppy, because it concerns players from Melbourne clubs?

    “On their day, the Swans can trouble any finals adversary”?

    “I’m calling it now, Swans are going all the way to the 2021 premiership”?

    Three Different camps in the media comments that I've noticed so far.

    • Swans are the most 6th team ever. Theyv found their spot for this season and finals will go out quickly
    • Swans have potential to make some noise and bother teams during finals but won't go further after 1 win.
    • Swans can go all the way and win it if we play 4 quarter footy. Aside from Nick Reiwoldt & this board there aren't many takers for that one :tongueoutv1:

    The thing is if we beat the Bulldogs comfortably this week there will be more takers of the 3rd option, though we have to do it comfortably because the Bulldogs have a few outs and if we only get up by a goal or two people will say the Bont and Dunkley not being there made the difference.

    Yesterday when this pic came up i posted and it apparently offended some .
    I was relating to the time Dane was spotted somewhere out enjoying a cigarette . I used what was a common nickname for a ciggy , the same as if someone says can i bot a Dart , That's all it meant , nothing more , nothing less . The PC pack must have been out in full !
     
    Jake Lloyd on SEN with Kane Cornes tomorrow morning after 9am.
    For those complaining that we get no coverage down here , well that has certainly changed since we are based here . 2 of the Gold Coast boys on the radio this morning were very good . The only good thing about this lockdown is this sort of stuff.
