What’s crazy is the fact that Crows supporters keep taking the bait to any commentary on Stengle/Crouch as if they don’t understand that the outrage just drives more clicks, and more incentive for people like Jon Ralph, who wouldn’t have a ****ing clue what Stengles punishment will be, to keep writing garbage. People on this forum have dedicated far too much time to it. Have a look over at the Port board and see how much their fans have dedicated to the Jack Watts story...

He said the other day Crows supporters would want to see the players severely punished because they’ve done the wrong thing and it involved coke.

I think most supporters who aren’t 80 realise coke is just part of life for a lot younger adults with money.

It would be rampant in the league so why should our players get smashed just because they were caught.

Sounds like Bickley needs a night out with Stengle. Might loosen him up.

I think the issue is less that 48 hours earlier the club including the coach gave a big talk about standards. I think thats what is hurting Stengle. Sounds crazy but I think if it happened in say a months time he might have got away with less of a penalty.

I'm no fan of drugs but I'd be annoyed if we gave either a huge sanction. I'd say going by the market rate on similar issues he gets a 2 game ban.

Brisbane aren't idiots. There's no guarantee that Daniher will play more than 5 games a year. Him blaming the Essendon medical staff is a laugh. Hope Brisbane don't fall for that garbage.

He was leaving no matter the offer. It doesn't matter what Essendon offer, just what Brisbane offer...in regards to FA compo. That is why they are big on matching, then they might get a late first + future second, which is an exceptional deal for Cletus

Parfitt has played a fair bit of midfield in some of the geelong games I've watched this season, If indeed we are into him I doubt he'll be playing the small forward role very much for us either..

We are elite when it comes to player punishment. Best in league, and by a big margin. And it's that kind of punishment culture that has led us to being the envy of the league.

AFL (Victorian) appointed board....we do as they demand....its as simple as that.
There is no better way to send a message to rest of the league...than punishing the Crows. Win/Win.
