It's interesting which stories the AFL media highlight. Ginnivan's social media post and not turning up to a kids function the day after a best and fairest, compared to bringing in this type of company into a change room, or Stengle being taken to hospital in an ambulance days before a game, apparently less of a 'talking point' than the former.

I think it's time posters stopped targeting Essendon FC and that this thread is closed down. This is not about the club it is about an individual who, incidentally, played for the club. I would hate any other team site specifically targeting anything Hawthorn.

I get my kicks out of Hawthorn beating Essendon on the field not from cheap shots at them. The posts that claim the right to slag off at the opposition says everything about the poster and little about the target of the abuse.

We should not have to continue the * ridicule. The AFL should have delisted the club given they brazenly CHEATED. Given they did not we shall continue to remind anyone who cares to visit about the cheating scum.

This is a reasonable position. On the other hand, the AFL trying to first sweep the systemic drugging under the carpet and then later making sure Essendon never needs to face public ridicule for their drug scheming means that Essendon has not learned their lesson. So they have languished in Never Gonna Land, losers forever and destined to be losers for many years to come.
I think this result is more delicious than any other possible result.
So, so, so much of the reason to hate Essendon lies offield! Arguably it all started when Sheedy accused us of being drug cheats for sniffing eucalptus oil
He's ruined us for years in that jumper.
