So if McKenna gets sacked what is the difference in the sacking of Sando and the sacking of McKenna, both sackings are a result of post season reviews

Only difference is Sando is a mate

Bomber was extremely critical of AFC sacking Sando, IMO double standards if he goes to GC

I actually suspect the 2pm leak to Rowey re: Sando sacking came from Sando's camp and not the board/club.

So Rowey having the early mail on Sando does not = Rowey having the early mail on the new coach.

I suspect no one in the media knows. They're continually guessing. Do get the strong feeling it's been lined up for a while though.

I've honestly still got no clue and couldn't make any sort of confident guess.

Which is why the media was so annoyed at afc over Sando's sacking. Wasn't the process, but rather none were given the inside scoop! Caro pissed as her afl insider had no idea.

Im not a fan of Thompson by his antics in front of the media during this year, Im not sure if it was either personality or arrogance but it didnt impress me. I hated how you would sit in the box, deliberately looking away from the game, I found it disrespectful to be honest.

I have no problems with the Scott brothers carrying on about the umpiring because they are passionate. But being discourteous towards the game is not a good look by Bomber.

Well, hypothetically, the information could have come from David Penberthy who also worked at 5AA and is supposedly a mate of Sandos. Rowey may have spent the next 4 hours getting confirmation from anyone but Penbo.
