Senior List
Just because they are contracted they are relatively low risk for north to delist. They would be lucky to be on 100k with the exception of Campbell who might have been on a bit more.

we don't have to upgrade him, he has a 2 yr contract but can stay on the rookie list so we can officially upgrade him end of next year and put him on the senior list after round 11 in 2013 like we did with him this year
3 round 3 selections = I think we'll be targeting some mature aged players from the state leagues here, i.e. probably a ruck and a small forward.
Quite bizarre in my opinion. I thought the idea is to try to put the very best team out on the ground week in week out. If Gibbo is in our best 22 then surely we should have him available on the senior list from round 1, not bring him in after round 11, when it may be too late for him to make an impact. After his form once he was upgraded why would you deny the bloke a spot on the senior list?
Lol I work with this guy. heard he killed it at the recent draft camp and had a few clubs looking at him. would be mad if we picked him up. pretty good guy.Spencer white for me looks like he will be a gun forward
Would love the view of someone in the know on Matthew Dick. Video on AFL website looks impressive and mock drafts have him falling in our second rounder range.
Doesn't exactly fill a need but appears someone who might be able to release Atley in to the midfield.
Was going to mention him in my write up, but you beat me to the punch.
He certainly does fill a need.
Has played quite a bit of football as a lockdown small defender.
He has pace and size.
Interesting. Given his apparent offensive capabilities (in the highlights package) and his perceived draft range I assumed he must have lacked a bit defensively.
What's the knock on him?
He doesn't get a heap of the footy (But not many HBF's/BP's at that age do), averages mid to low teens.
His kicking is neat, but it's nothing to write home about.
I think he could go quite a bit higher on draft day as to what has been written on those boards.
He has genuine size for a medium, good overhead, he could play next year imo and has genuine wheels. I think he's the perfect type to develop for those roles on the Milnes/Ballantynes etc of the league.
He's just about top of my list for that need slot, as there's not too many guys with the same size/speed in the draft, that has a history of sitting in the backline.
He reminds me a bit of Dan Connors, but a alot stronger in the contest, and certainly alot quicker, but the way he bounces around is the same, he plays a fair bit more accountable too. So maybe not a great comparison at all , maybe because they are both redheads.
Least one will be available at 15 most likely. If not, it means that someone else will slideOf the vids posted page 1 Garlett & Kennedy are the clear standouts to me. No idea if they are likely to be around at pick 15, damn strong 1st round if they are!
I think Josh Simpson is very good value, very much like WellyOf the vids posted page 1 Garlett & Kennedy are the clear standouts to me. No idea if they are likely to be around at pick 15, damn strong 1st round if they are!
Membrey is a hard, mature unit, but is not much taller than Ben Warren. Darling is on the cusp of genuine KP size, Membrey isn't.I know we are up to our throat in KPF's but gee I like the look of Membrey, reminds me a bit of Darling, and really could burst onto the scene. Wonder if he could slide, obviously a massive slide if he's available at 38, but stranger things have happened.

I agree with your assessment of being him being readymade but reckon he might be found out at AFL level as a forward, thats all. I know folk said the same about Darling, but this is where the size comparison is important. Darling is indeed bigger and may just be more capable of playing as a forward target as a result. I like what Membrey brings and if he has midfield capability he would be a great get. Not so sold on his forward potential at AFL level though.Where exactly did I mention his size? I said the way he plays reminds me of Darling, and it does. The kid is an undersized KPP who will play as a 2nd or 3rd tall option as a result. Just because he is a little undersized doesnt change the comparison or the fact I think he will be a ready made recruit.
Where abouts is he roughly to go in the draft?Lol I work with this guy. heard he killed it at the recent draft camp and had a few clubs looking at him. would be mad if we picked him up. pretty good guy.
No point picking up that type of player when you would expect Mullet or McKenzie to fill the Atley void if he moves up the field.Well, he's made my wishlist now. Atley showed this year the benefits of having someone with genuine pace in that role. Wonder if his combine results will bump him up too far for our second rounder.
Looking forward to hearing the rest of your list.
Any ideas on potential small forwards with x factor that might be available in that 38 to 58 range?
With Campbell on the way out this looks like an area of need.

I like the look of Tipungwuti. Partly because of his name, partly because he looks like he has some tricks.
Been playing in the back half hasn't he? Super quick and smart. Late pick/rookie I reckon. He was the one name I was aware of. Was overlooked last year but has apparently worked very hard in the meantime judging from the article I read about him recently.
