I don’t think you’ll be getting Adams on the ground for a long time. Doubt he will be forward either.
To be fair, that’s no less absurd than you suggesting Plowman could go forward.

It wasn't a joke DH, to a hell of a lot of footy followers its like they've been in an eternal rebuild, it's a forum, not everything you read will be exactly what you want to hear.
We have Kerr, Mcgovern, Levi Casboult and De Koning. Plenty to fill 1-2 holes. We can even send one of Marchbank or Plowman forward even possibly Jones or Weitering.
I agree with most of the things you said. I was debating the point if we lost a couple forwards we don't have any depth in our forward line. Of course we have options. I listed them. Not many sides have a group of players to come in a replace KP forwards. Maybe 1 each side. We have Kerr at the bare minimum and we are playing casboult at the expense of Curnow at the moment. I'd say Kerr (after watching him live v Coll last weekend) is a similar prospect to having casboult in the side and has heaps of upside. He works his arse off and will remain on our list for a long time imho.Kerr is in danger of being delisted & Casboult is a FA next year so he may leave as well.
Marchbank & Plowman in attack ?? I accept that strange things can happen but that would only eventuate in the most desperate of situations.
As for Jones & Weitering in attack …………. Jones played all of his career as a forward and was complete liability so he isn't going to be moved there whilst Weitering was trialled as a forward for one season and it set his development back 18-months, once again, he isn't going there again either.
McCluggage is talked up, and rightly so, but Walsh's year thus far is significantly better. Kid is ridiculous.
Yeah, this simply isn't true though. Have you watched McCluggage play this year or are you just looking at number of disposals?
Carlton starting really well again! Wonder if this is similar to the trajectory that we took last year.
Really really hope so.
Hugh is on 11 AFLCA votes, Walsh is on 5 FYIHugh is a bloody gun, but Walsh is a cyborg and not of this realm.
Have watched both plenty this year.
Hugh is on 11 AFLCA votes, Walsh is on 5 FYI
We won down in Hobart last year.
Irrefutable proof that Carlton aren't a year behind us tbh
be wary of ones self and over-excitement over your playersHugh is a bloody gun, but Walsh is a cyborg and not of this realm.

Pretty sure you're the one being facetious doesn't matter when someone beats them... in round 17.
In round 6 last year you were beaten by the Giants to the tune of 34 points. While we're being facetious...
I was indeed!Pretty sure you're the one being facetious doesn't matter when someone beats them
No but Hawthorn also improved in that timeframe don't think Hawthorn are playing as well as they did last season taking nothing away from Carlton but they really should won yesterdayI was indeed!
It is false equivalence, though, to equate your rolling of the Hawks in round 17 to us going down by under a kick to them in round 6.
Are you saying you didn't improve between rounds 6 and 17 last year?
Carlton because not Brisbane.
1.5 years. We dont have a core of senior midfielders carrying the team like Neale, Zorko, Robinson and Lyons.
Has to come from Cripps, Walsh, SPS, Fisher and Dow. Just not mature enough yet, unless we can snag a Coniglio or something.
