Well the initial doctor / medical team views on it all were entering Meehan territory..

he thankfully and correctly sought further opinions and advice and is now on the correct treatment program (has been on the right path for a little while now).

it's just a long, slow process with brain injuries.


I asked him if I was allowed to share this stuff so I don't want anyone to think I have said something out of line here, but during his assessments the Neuro likened the damage Tigs has sustained to that of a high impact car crash or a gun shot wound to the head.

But thankfully the damage is contained to a specific area.

this is my take.

Most do not see the draft like I do which is fair it happens and I do not follow any consensus narrative.

Some rate some players others rate other players, some are hyping later players to create a easier trade for Bolton becuase it suits their agenda. like saying RFC looking at great hand of whatever picks up to pick 21. Just BS

I am more selective and do not rate 9 and 10 as high as before so for Bolton, who is a diamond, you can't do a Ottens and give him up for chump change. Picks value is only in the context of players you want and rate

But in this draft who will West Coast want??? The players are the players, they cannot pick players form the future. Pick 3 is only relevant to the 2024 afl draft supply of players. Would Draper, Smith, Smile, Langford or whoever really move the needle for West Coast and then they have to worry about the go home factor? On top of that West Coast has time to shape their list and direction

Pick 3 is a iffy pick especially for a club in WA. Allen they can probably get later and others are not as solid and iffy. I do not get the issue of Bolton for pick3. He is from WA and a star FFS. Bolton is better than Rioli and younger to, he does not get injured and can contribute well in the middle and forward and not easily to replicate and is a tremduous complimentary piece.

Teams across the AFL how many have a Bolton type?? no one , he is unique in what he can bring. Unlike Papley he can get it done and win finals. In the GF they talk about moving Papely in the guts to ignite something with Heeney, Warner and Guilden. It is laughable, Papley is not Bolton FFS, Papley cannot even take a Bolton screamer and get on players shoulders
