No recycled hacks.Any word on Essendon players? Stringer might be bad for culture but picking up Nick Hind in the rookie draft would have some "merrett". Can't be worse than some of our campaigners (Kmac, Short).
If we swap pick 12 for Liam Baker I will renounce my WCE membership, purchase an interstate Richmond membership and consider that my team has won 13 premierships instead of 4.Disagree. I think Baker will get us a first round pick, most likely Hawthorn's.

Ohhh I'm ****ing sick of this campaigner. My thoughts exactly.
I just tried explaining this to that dumb campaigner tiger_tough , but he doesnt get it.
So it's a maybe for you?If we swap pick 12 for Liam Baker I will renounce my WCE membership, purchase an interstate Richmond membership and consider that my team has won 13 premierships instead of 4.
Thats not going to be enough for BakerCombining these two posts I think Clarke will be angling to give you guys pick 22 via upped band 3 compo and F2 for Graham and Baker.
Groupie_ tell Colin to ****ing settle down
I think Tigers are just trying to push Graham compo into band 3. It would be ignorant to think Clarke wouldn’t try to approach Baker/Graham as a package trade with his old mates at Richmond if it meant Richmond is fairly compensated and Eagles pay less in draft capital. As I said I hope they both stay or Baker goes to Freo but I think the 22/F2 deal is the most likely. Time will tell.Thats noy going to be enough for Baker
Richmond want to keep Graham so that has no influence as in a payment towards Baker
seperate deals apparently as Richmond have upped their offer to graham
Like i said before Richmond and the eagles should be working on a pattern to improve Graham offer to Band 1
Well the tigers valuing him at Band 3 then means they want to keep him if not there and they have increased his offer to 4 years and same $$$I think Tigers are just trying to push Graham compo into band 3. Band 1 would be ticked off by the AFL if this was Norf and GCS trading, but not Eagles and Tigers.

Not sure Richmond “value” Graham as pick 22 but I certainly think they’ll do what they can to get pick 22 for him. I think we can agree that pick 22 would be overs for Graham and F2 would be unders for Baker? But look at it as a package and pick 22 is getting closer to Baker and F2 closer to Graham.Well the tigers valuing him at Band 3 then means they want to keep him if not there and they have increased his offer to 4 years and same $$$
Now if the eagles jack it up to a larger amount then Richmond get Graham value so is not really a contribution to the baker deal.
2 Separate deals trades
either a pick #15-#18 range or #23 +F2 (#23 this year likely to blow out to #30 )

WC's offer mustn't be quite enough for pick 22. Otherwise, we'd just let him go.
I hope our offer is four years on less money. Graham's a fringe player, but he's never going to be bad enough to be delisted, so having him on the list for another four years — especially while we're rebuilding — isn't that big of a deal.
LOLOhhh I'm ****ing sick of this campaigner.
Graham is an injury prone list clogger. If he re-signs for 4 years I'll spew. If our angle was to force eagles to up their pay offer we could've just said we'll give you Baker cheaper, rather than offering 4 years ourselves.
I reckon he'll re-sign.
If we end up with as many first rounders as some predict, I think its a great chance to happen. Its also worth noting that I know a fair bit about a fair bit, soooo, you can take this to the bank.Hi guys .. come for peace.. lot of journos saying Richmond the most suitable club for North to down grade pick 2. Do you think it is the worst option for Richmond in this even draft? North will win that trade by grabbing multiple talents at the draft?

Not the worst idea but im concerned at what cost. Pick 5 could still get you the player you wanted at pick 2.Hi guys .. come for peace.. lot of journos saying Richmond the most suitable club for North to down grade pick 2. yeah I wouldnt part with pick 6, in your scenario above, maybe 9 and 12? Even then not sure. Not the worst idea but im concerned at what cost. Pick 5 could still get you the player you wanted at pick 2.
Some here disagree but personally id rather go to the draft with say pick 1,6,9,12,17 for example than say picks 1,2,9,12.
Well maybe we supporters dont really know the inner working at a club or the players assetsNot sure Richmond “value” Graham as pick 22 but I certainly think they’ll do what they can to get pick 22 for him. So taking your proposal of pick 23 and F2 for Baker and us then generating band 4 for Graham means Richmond receive 23, 39, F2 for Baker and Graham.
Upping the compo to band 3 means Richmond receive 22 and F2 for Baker and Graham. Not sure how much Richmond would fight for that pick 39 and go from 22 to 23 in your seperate deal, you’d know better than me
Where are you getting pick #12If we swap pick 12 for Liam Baker I will renounce my WCE membership, purchase an interstate Richmond membership and consider that my team has won 13 premierships instead of 4.

If we end up with 5 or 6 1st rounders I reckon we'd be silly not to. There's probably 6 or 7 players that are in contention for pick 1, we could end up with 3 of them, plus a couple of other later 1st round prospects. Hell of a start to a rebuild.Hi guys .. come for peace.. lot of journos saying Richmond the most suitable club for North to down grade pick 2.
