Listening to his list manager, it was the club who completely botched this...
One thing we don't have to worry about. Dougal disclosing any of Ken's IP to St Kilda. Might get a few laughs from St Kilda's coaching panel.
I don't think many support it, but if it was going to happen and we had no choice, then the trade in isolation is reasonable.Anyone who supports this abhorrent trade are now qualified to sit on the clubs board.
I’ve never had a migraine in my life, I have now.
The balls of this club lolGood timing on the club calling me to buy a book of raffle tickets just now... how does go f%*k yourself sound lady on the phone?
Hi all, hope you don't mind me posting here.
I just wanted to say I feel bad for you blokes, I never realised that Dougal was such a fan favourite until I've read some of the fallout from this trade.
It's a shame that apparently your club didn't feel the same way. There's nothing worse than losing a valued player for peanuts - I imagine we are going to feel similarly jilted once Steven and Bruce are eventually traded for well below their worth.
Can someone help me understand why this was allowed to happen though? I read he was pushed forward and then dropped to the 2s this season, was he injured, out of form, or just simply out of favour?
Hopefully your new picks can bring you some solace going forward to ease the sting a bit.
Cheers

He has fallen behind both Watts and Westhoff in defence. Looked good up forward for a couple of games (notably against St Kilda) before just evaporating.Hi all, hope you don't mind me posting here.

If Ken was our inaugural coach would treaders have ever played more than 20 games?Tredders teeing off

Basically the trade is in 2 parts.
Part 1: Dougal for pick 18. Which is pretty much the value of Dougal. He hasn't done enough to command more yet. Even though his potential is huge.
Part 2: Move from 10 to 12 (130 draft points), for between 150 to 350 draft points next year. Draft points we needed for Schofield and Jones next year.
Ultimately it sucks to lose Dougal and the trade should never have happened, but the actual trade itself is reasonable. It's not overs, but it is fair.
Funny thinking that letting Logan Austin and Jackson Trengove go have pretty much killed our club
Apparently Sam Gray.Who do we have to stand Ben Brown next time we play North?
They’re very, very bad. Some of the stuff I’ve heard over the past month about our players and off-field staff defies belief. We are in a very low place.
