Yep. Could have replaced all of those bolded with a choice of 50 plus better ones. Interestingly the biggest staging for the concert was a flame show during Hell on Earth.... perhaps to distract the crowd.

I enjoyed their last concert which had the Book of Souls songs. That was a pretty solid album.

Setlist was pretty dissapointing TBH. Especially the first half. With such a huge back catalogue there were literally 50 better songs they could have played.

I had tickets to their Legacy of the Beast tour pre-covid that got cancelled.
Deliberately missed this show due to the setlist. Very heavy on Somewhere in Time for some reason, an album I don't really care for.

Nah man I don't really do their modern form songs. They've got the opposite problem of AC/DC. AC/DC have stopped writing longer more interesting songs and they've but the formula back to under 3 minutes. Iron Maiden can't keep under 7 minutes now and every song is a bloated mess that might have a good riff in there somewhere that should probably just carry it's own 4 minute rocker.

First time for me and was a fantastic night. I reckon most of the sold out crowd thought so too.
