They have talent they just have a terrible coachThat would require Collingwood to actually have talent for them to want out.

If he's a true Aish he'd never wear black and white!I like that he puts 2 and 2 together - because Aish hasn't re-signed he must be going to Collingwood. I'm pretty confident Aish will re-sign, but if he ever leaves it will be to the Crows and certainly not the Pies

Those in glass houses shouldn't throw stones champ
Serious question….. Has Collingwood delisted anyone yet?
"There all on de list."
I doubt GWS will trade for a bloke that wants to go to Queensland to be with his sick father and GC don't have any room in their salary to afford Beams. He will sign for longer than 12 months at GWS or GCS
So the deal before us was picks 5, 21 and 25 for Beams, 30 and 48, according to the Age.
I've got to be honest, I'd have taken that deal. Even if it meant missing out on Christensen.
I think that's a pretty good deal for us.
Sweet burn dude haha. heck me,some pies fans have less brain cells than teeth.
That's an insanely good deal for you. Pick 5 for one of the best young midfielders in the comp plus an upgrade of a few mediocre picks? Pick 5 might not even play a single AFL game

Agree. I justify it by thinking of it as a 6-team trade, and that Geelong declined it at 30+48 for Christensen...imo Greenwood's the only hand we've got now...So the deal before us was picks 5, 21 and 25 for Beams, 30 and 48, according to the Age.

Already committed to Christensen. Have him coming up for a medical exam. Can't just stop him half way and send him back because pick 21 is taken. So the deal before us was picks 5, 21 and 25 for Beams, 30 and 48, according to the Age.

I think there's a gulf between pick 48 and pick 21, to be fair. Anyone who gets taken from 40 onwards there's a fair chance only one club would've taken them at all.
Nevertheless, I'd have done that deal if it was truly on the table.
I would only do it if Geelong had of taken 30 + 48 for Christensen, which wasn't the case.Well pick 21 would be downgraded to 30, and 25 to 48.
I'm sure anyone from Brisbane would take that deal in a heartbeat... we would be getting robbed though

Otherwise 21 for Bundy and using 5 + 25 is better, we did the right thing.
5 + 25 is still there and maybe we add a fringe player, though the Pies are to proud to fall back on their "Deadline".
Brad Hardie on 6pr reporting that now Beams just wants out if Collingwood and may go to Melb for pick 3 and 12 if they gey 12 from Richmond
