Apple churn out some decent shows, hey? Started Silo last night and it seems right up my alley. Decent cast with Rebecca Ferguson, Tim Robbins etc. I found Fallout enjoyable but a little goofy. This is a bit darker.
Apple produces the highest amount of quality shows, rivals old HBO.

Check out Dark Matter, Black Bird and Severance

Say Nothing

Finished this. While I wouldnt put it next to Shogun I will say it is quality tv

I would have liked a more rounded look atnthe whole Troubles period it but I think thats another TV show - ie Say Nothing focused on a particular case and saw it to its conclusion

The Man On The Inside.

Fun little show.
Michael Schur who made Parks and Rec, The Good Place and Brooklyn 99 and the less well known Rutherford Falls

Was a great weekend binge

Marco Polo - Netflix

Has been on my list for a while and boredom decided for me. I havent read his adventures so having someone else tell me seemed to be the right thing to do

Lots of nudity and gore , political intrigue and war clouds - whats not to love

2 seasons so finish season 1 tomorrow night then further on in the week

(about 10 years old as there was a tribute to the stunt choreographer who was on MAL F370)

Speaking of Apple TV, anyone watched

Servant, For all Mankind, Foundation or Constellation?
For All Mankind kept me engaged for a couple of seasons, not that it was anything special from a character, dialogue or story arc point of view, but I'm always intrigued by alternative histories. The whole "what if ..." concept involving space travel and geopolitics etc was done pretty well, even if the characters were fairly bland and uninspiring.

not yet, but I’ve wondered the same and mean to get to them eventually

from new stuff this year I most enjoyed Dark Matter (much prefer to Severance), Disclaimer (acting/filmmaking excellent, that vacuum shop scene lol), Presumed Innocent (much prefer to the film) and the Patriots Dynasty doc series (as someone who doesn’t much follow NFL). Still need to catch up with heaps, like Masters of the Air, Sugar, The New Look, etc. Wouldn’t recommend Franklin, the Ken Burns doc series from a few years back was a lot better.

I watched the first season of Foundation. I enjoyed it but have just not gotten around to watching the second season. Constellation was okay and won't be everybody's cup of tea.

Yay

For at least the 1st season
I do like me some Buscemi, Shannon, Cannavale and Michael K Williams action.

Surprised I have not yet got round to watching this show to be honest.

I'm the same. I can recall watching the first 2 or 3 episodes, enjoyed it, but for some reason we stopped watching it and haven't gone back to it yet.
