They are the parasites of the competition, hogging prime time tv slots (consistently 18 games on FTA along with several night games), stadium preference deals (again 18 or so games at the large capacity MCG) at the expense of the rest of the teams that make up the league etc, etc, etc...This is Australian Football League not the Collingwood Football League when is dimwitrou gonna wake up to this fact and not compromise the integrity of it for a few filthy extra bucks?

Moreover the large bogan criminal element who purport to support this filthy institution why any half intelligent person would like to be associated with that mob is beyond me. And the guernsey, can black and white stripes be even considered colours? They have by far the dullest most unimaginative guernsey in the world along with that stupid swooping feral bird they have for a mascot.

I can find almost every facet of the club unbearable, can't think of any redeeming qualities to be honest.

I don't necessarily hate collingwood.

I like how they're viewed as pricks by the rest of the country (just like the hawks).

I also like a number of their players, and enjoy watching their mongrel and sledging.

What I don't like is Eddie gaining hemorrhoids and kicking a fuss like a bitch every time the prison bars get mentioned for heritage round. Also don't like how the AFL sucks them off because they generate a lot of revenue, in turn resulting in things such as playing an away game against the roos yet being able to wear their home guernsey.

Stupid question. Just take a look around you at any Pies match. Though when it comes down to it, I don't hate the Collingwood football club. Although favoured by teh AFL, they don't have a serious club culture of cheating and rorting teh system a la Carlton.

If you want to be hated as much as Carlton, you have to work harder at tainting every good thing you touch. ie You could have been the ones paying Judd under the table, but no, you let Carlton do it.

Generally your fans are a bad mob with whom a decent person would not associate, but at most things seem pretty clean at the club level.

I don't hate them as much as I use to...... when I was younger I just hated them cos everyone else did... like it was some kind of underlying rule of being a football follower. But as time has past I have much more respect for them I don't exactly like them but at least they're doing the right things with the money their earning. It's really only the feral fans that have kept my dislike for them and a player here and there.

Mmmm, can't really defend the Blues given the actions of past president, aka Elliot, but the Pies aren't exactly clean:

• Sponsered by United Arab Emirates (UAE) Airline which is State owned. UAE is well known for human rights abuses and child slavery, including using children as jockeys. In turn, this means that Collingwood football players receive money from a country that abuses children
• Brad Cooper is an ex Collingwood Vice President who is currently serving 7 years imprisonment for his involvement in HIH and fraudulent activity
• In 1996 & 1998 Collingwood were fined for salary cap breaches, in 1998 this included losing picks from the pre-season draft

Despite the above, the Pies have still only won one premiership in 50 years

14 flags aint shabby and the way your club has imploded in the new Millenium to become the worst performed club of the decade (even worse than Freo) I guess we'll be challenging Essendon in the future for most premierships

Most people I know in person who hate Collingwood solely do it to peeve me off, or openly go searching for news articles, information or just stats/history on C'wood, then get REALLY pissy about it. I don't understand it mostly, I have a great mate who is a doggies supporter, and I watched rd 22 with him, he loves the dogs, and it was great to see them win, yet before we met, he was an adamant collingwood hater.

Pretty funny now, though, I've adopted the dogs as the "If collingwood doesn't" Team and he has done the same vice-versa. But I have loved the team from when I first started watching. As long as I watch the games, see how things go, ignore other people (do this anyway) and I just enjoy the game, I don't hate any team.

But I do find the irony in Geelong supporters calling our supporters arrogent or jerks. You REALLY didn't talk to each other after 2007 did you?
