Waterman just did something Port players do not seem to be able to do- kicked a check side goal and never looked like he would miss. He held the ball exactly on the correct angle and kicked through it. We do not have that skill level or if we do we are not allowed to use it.

If that had been a Port player he would have gone back on the line and kicked with a straight trajectory and probably missed.

Rowe is a cheating little campaigner but the AFL has to penalise these umpires that pay a free when the player drops to their knees. Dock their pay, drop them. Do something ffs. It's a blight on the game.
