So I just watched the replay, already knowing the result.. how the fu** did we not win after getting within 2 points with 10 minutes to go??

Dominating the game as we were and not winning is just as unforgivable as being 50 points down in a half.

Unfortunately another hinkley hallmark, the failed come back.

If roles were reversed, and it was us facing a rampaging Carlton coming back from a 50 point deficit at Adelaide Oval, i think we all know how it would have played out.

What's the earliest round that a coach has been sacked?

You'll be waiting until at least round 12 no matter what. Makes no difference what your percentage is, if he's 4-8 or something after 12 rounds then he'll be on the block.

Round 12 is our bye, and that's been the D-Day i've been working on. There's probably 4 50-50 games up to the bye, so splitting those we probably go into the bye at 2-9. That should be curtains. The second half of the season is looking ugly.

As pleasing as the comeback was, it begs the question of why the **** were we down by 49 points at half time!? This follows our game last week against Melbourne with a goalless half. On a similar note, Ken has rewrote the history books for the worst ever start to a season for a Port AFL side at 0-5. Tick, tock the clock is ticking. Fix it Ken!!!

In fairness, 2013 was probably my favourite season under Hinkley.

The playing list we're fairly dogshit but they played their guts out, great finals as well.

Difference now is the list isn't/wasn't dogshit and they're not playing their hearts out.

Dogshit? I'd take our 2013 forward line of Schulz, Wingard, Monfries over the current one.

I'm also convinced we'll see a completely different mindset from the playing group as soon as he's gone. Only Koch and the happy clappers can't see the root of the problem.
Just hope the players aren't completely mentally fried by the time a new coach comes in.

At least by then ken breaks the record as biggest failure coach ever. Some small consolation.

Schulz
Butcher
Hoff
Monfries
Wingard
Hartlett off the flank
2013 version Neade

The only one you would argue is on par currently is Gray (playing as permanent forward).

You opened the bar way too early today:roflv1:
I have neglected BF for awhile as I have completely lost hope and faith. So I often reply to things that I think are current about 2 months after they have been posted. But still that is not the worst thing in my football realm.
