Good point.
My reasoning in choosing Goldy is North Melbournes relatively easy draw, McIntosh named on bench, McIntosh playing more in the forward line as opposed to ruck.
Mitch Mortons last three scores 97, 97 & 103.
Anyone know the reason for these good scores, is he worth the punt as a unique pick in the forward line?
I'm considering trading Pods or Hall for Morton.
I finished first in my league and won my 1st Qualifying final. I got this week off and looking to strengthen my side for my 1st Preliminary final.
My current team:
Goddard, Hodge, Enright, Malceski, Carrazzo, Waters, Shaw (McGuire, Webberley)
Swan, Montagna, Ablett, Selwood, Ball, Mitchell...
Re: Rate My SuperCoach Team IV
I don't play SC but a friend had a league so I put together a team today just for fun. I have no intention of changing this team until half way through the year to maybe start upgrading the rookies.
Defence
1. Goddard, B
2. Broughton, G
3. Enright, C

I'll have Ballantyne in my DT this year, his cheap as chips. I believe 79DT points against Essendon at Subiaco and today a nice 97DT against the Kangaroos. I know it's the NAB cup but I'm confident in him avg at least 70-75 a game.
I will probably settle with a Sandilands + Hille combo.
Without listing my team, I would say most of my money will be spent on the backline and forward line.
Midfield will be filled with rookies and Mitchell will be my only premium mid who will get the captains arm band.
What would be a better choice in your opinion.
Two premium starting rucks such as Sandilands and Clark
or
Two mid starting rucks such as Hille and Seaby
???
I am peeved as this decision could cost me the win this week. I could have gone with Ablett, Montagna, Cox or Goddard. The guy I'm playing has Cox as captain and he should score 100+ easily.
My midfield: Ablett, Bartel, Montagna, Cornes, Rich, Coughlan, Moss, Anthony.
Out of Rich, Coughlan and Moss who would you leave on the bench this week?
^^^Lenny Hayes^^^
I'm happy that finally my trades seem to be working out. I have recently added Grimes, Gilbee and Coughlin and I am very happy with the points they have given my team.
On the flip side I've made some bad calls, Wells, Hadley and Moss.
My defense: Goddard, Cornes, Geary, Burgoyne, Drummond, Houlihan, Rance, Petrenko, Suckling.
$178,300 in the bank. 8 Trades left.
I'm thinking: Petrenko OUT, Grimes IN.
Then trade Rance which will give me $333,900 for a decent backman which I plan to keep to the end. Players I'm looking at...
Yeah, I already have Buddy. I'm a little worried about playing Buddy and Roughy because it's unlikely that they both will score good numbers in the same game.
But I agree with you that Roughead or Pavlich would be the way to go.
I think I'll go Roughy because his BE is low and his cheap and...
I got Ablett and Richo with 10 trades left.
Keeping Ablett on bench and buying Coughlan for Otten. Hoping Coughlan can 1. Make me some cash and 2. cover for Ablett. I already have J. Bartel, L. Montanya, K. Kornes, D. Rich and G. Moss in the midfield.
Richo's on the chopping block and in comes...
Who else Rucks for the Dees? Surely Cox will rack up at least 150 DT points, he'll be rucking by himself. 100 Hit Outs!
My other options are Bartell, Chapman, Buddy, Chad, Kane, Peter Burgoyne???
Is buying Chapman for Richardson overkill considering I already had Steve Johnson, Jimmy Bartel and Gary Ablett? I don't plan on selling Ablett and would like to play all four at some stage.
Leon Davis is an out and out gun player period. His Rd.6 BE is 1 and at $416,800 his still worth every penny IMO. Plays all over the ground and is Collingwood's designated kicker, plus he bags a couple goals a game too.
Holy shyte, I have Dalziell, Hadley and Skipworth in my side. My first year playing DT. Next year I'm not getting sucked into buying unproven DT players.
Who should i trade for? I want keepers as I have used 2 trades each week so far. Which of the players below should I consider?
Garry Moss...
