Think you'll find the ones on here saying we are 'flying', so to speak, probably don't have diret involvement with the side - so i wouldn't take any of those comments on face value. A Sherrin hasn't even been kicked in anger yet so Heathcote, and every other team in the league for that matter...

countryfooty i think you may have misread what i wrote. Nothing i said was related in any way to Huntly. I also think showmethemoney wasn't referring to the Hawks either..... In regards to practice matches we play Macedon @ Macedon on Saturday in our final hit-out before Round 1.

Just quickly, on behalf of the Heathcote footy club i'd like to thank Bill Grant and his boys for the hit-out last night under lights @ Miti. Both sides got alot out of it i think, the ground was in great nick and the lights were excellent. Best of luck to Bill & the Super Roos for '08...

Riddell not Romsey RWB.....

Mounts have picked up a quality little player in Mark Bangit from Marby Park in the EDFL. He's probably in his early-to-mid 30's but a very smart player who runs the lines all day in a similar mould to the Saints' Mick Ring.

Don't get sucked in by Matthew here boys - he may be young in terms of age but when it comes to throwing out a line and getting a bite, the young man goes OK. All the hype in Jan/Feb means nothing, each club knows what they have and haven't got, in saying that the large majority of rumours on...

Sonny was told at the start of the year that regardless of his reputation in the past, 2007 was a fresh start and he was given the confidence to play good footy. Only lost his sh1t a couple of times during the year which is still a couple too many, but he definately turned it around. Well...
