    Preview Changes/Preview – Round 5 vs. Brisbane

Thoughts on Kozzie then? Guaranteed to give away a stupid free almost every game that releases the pressure and costs us a goal. No player is perfect. You take the good with the bad. Lever's net return would easily cover those brain fades which I agree, he has with frustrating regularity...

    Preview Changes/Preview – Round 5 vs. Brisbane

Agree with this. I haven't looked at the stats, but I haven't noticed too many intercept marks in our forward half. He's making a contest, bringing the ball to ground and giving our smalls a chance to get involved. I'd love more output, but it's a question whether another mid/small fwd would...

Solid 13 seconds of in-game highlights in his re-signing video. Can see why the club was so keen to get this important business done.

"Ask the AFL" - Goody's response this morning. Only caught the end of the presser, but Goody seemed pretty adamant that this was an AFL program and the club knows very little about it. The Doc might be from our club, but any possible sanction is going to be league wide, not just targeted at us.

Can someone please remind our president that back in 2021 we came back from 44pts down in under 1.5 quarters to win the minor premiership and set up the premiership run? Oh, and that we did that in front of a crowd of 0 people? 0 cheering, 0 noise, 0 influence on the game

Don't panic lads, this isn't the actual score. Goals are registered when one of the players on that team displays exemplary #demonspirit Behinds are awarded when a player on that team demonstrates application of a learning, cultural touchstone, or fragment of our DNA.

2017 - Balic 2018 - Sparrow, Jordon 2019 - Dunkley, Rivers, 2022 - Dunstan There's 6 for you without too much looking. Isn't that enough when we've already got Petracca, Oliver, Viney and Brayshaw who still have plenty of years left?

Except for this... If two years of Curtain or Tholstrup or any interstate players got us another premiership that's something I can live with

Really tough one. The moment that splits this one for me is Robbo's 7 goals in Rd 20 against the Cats in 2005 to secure our first win at the Cattery since the 80's.

It's weird, but I barely remember much at all from Woewodin's career. Outside that goal and the Brownlow I struggle to recall any moments of significance. Bruce on the other hand - early impact in finals, 7-goal haul vs Carlton, tagging jobs on Buckley, Hird, Goodes, Judd, 8 brownlow votes in...

Well, we could have Lyon except for the fact that he played 0 games since and including 2000 whilst Schwarz played 59 which is more than a third of total games in his career. We did a "players that debuted in or after 2000 thing" (draft i think?) last year or the year before IIRC.

Permanently enshrining poster's mistakes in an open and unchangeable poll is the kind of accountability that has resulted in a board culture that's the envy of anonymous online text-based forums right across the world wide web.

That was what I thought you thought. Makes sense to consider their full career but limit it to players that most of us had the opportunity to see live (i.e. excluding the Barassi's, Warne-Smith's etc).

Has this been stated in the rules? After a quick flick through the thread, I can only see a rule stating that players had to have played at least 1 game since the start of 2000, not that we were only to consider contributions in that time.

Words vs actions. That's where we're at. We heard the words. The pretty, textbook words about culture, accountability, and leadership. They sound great, but they're all for shit if the actions are incongruent with those words. The core tenet of our culture is selflessness. Back in the lead up...

Have you got any thoughts on the tier/s after these 11 players? The way the club explained our move from 14 to 11 was that after this group the jump down to the next tier was significant enough to expend the draft capital moving up into the top 11. I'd be keen to hear from yourself and others...

I was rocking these in the late 90's After I retired them from on-court use, I was wearing them on an overnight outdoor ed canoeing trip. Sat a little close to the fire and the airsole ended up expanding like crazy! Luckily didn't pop but I had to put them out to pasture for good after that
