Yep....and these guys were already built when they started...Luke's got 5-7kgs to add to that frame.

I can see it now, the boys are 5 points behind, 20 seconds remaining. All the players are congested and stacked in our forward 50, we have the ball on the wing 70m out, centre it to a free Luke in the centre square, he takes off and launches a 55m bomb on the edge of the square and watches as it sails straight past Chelsea's ponytail. Siren sounds, we win, Luke is mobbed first by LT and then the whole team. Later in the rooms we see footage of Donald giving Luke just a handshake.

If he kicked that goal today I would've said close enough to my prediction but he does still leave it open to a future game. Hopefully in a few weeks he'll kick his first and the winner against Freo

Just watching the replay, it was Luke who spoiled Franklin right at the end of the third quarter preventing him taking a chest mark and having a shot at goal.

Very good start from him. He's going to make some mistakes, made one trying to play on and a couple of his kicks sat up in the air or weren't to advantage, copped a spray from Blacky on the weekend, but he just seems to get on with the next play. Good head on his shoulders so far.
If he can start hitting some guys lace out with some low darts he could be real damaging.

Interesting that Scotty Thompson said to both Kingy on fox footy and then Heath after the game in the rooms that "Luke's one-on-one contests were great".
