Problem is if they don’t bowl him now and we start carting a root or Ali around there may not be many runs left by the new ball.

I think they will go back to him straight after tea.

Yeah completely agree, thats what I said too. They have to go back to him after team. Bowling like a machine, give him a couple of overs and try to break this partnership.

We really should be winning this, not just from this position but could’ve done a lot better this test.
I don’t rate them at all. Ali no, Anderson is cooked, Robbo isn’t much. Broad has taken a lot on. The pitch isn’t that difficult.
Now if there is a couple of good balls early on they can win with our long tail.
I feel as the series goes on we will settle and improve, but winning this test won’t be our greatest achievement. In fact if we lose, it would be a great disappointment. They just aren’t that good.

England need wickets quickly after tea and Broad looks to be their best bet for wickets, I don't think they can afford to hold him off for the new ball.

Start from scratch and Uzzy needs 3 partnerships of 33 with the guys who can bat (Green, Carey and Cummins). That'll get us home.

But you just know we're going to need 30 more with Lyon and Hazelwood involved.

How I've missed ch9 flogging garbage, overpriced memorabilia.

Who buys this crap?
there will be someone out there with a pool room filled to the brim with signed bats and all the other rubbish.
