The overhead shot looks great in the daytime with the river, grounds and Crown. They're struggling to get excitement to build for the series as it is, making people on the east coast stay up until 1am to watch the end of play certainly isn't going to help.

Inb4 - The test is starting on a weekday while school is on... I've been at a packed WACA to watch the first day of an Ashes test on a Thursday in December, this is people CHOOSING not to go.

Have noticed that as part of the pregame setup, the opening of 'My Island Home' by Christine Anu plays over the PA after the anthems. Should let the whole song play and encourage the crowd (when there is one) to sing along imo. It's an underrated patriotic tune.
